The asymptotic behavior of a class of switched stochastic cellular neural networks (CNNs) with mixed delays (discrete time-varying delays and distributed time-varying delays) is investigated in this paper. Employing the average dwell time approach (ADT), stochastic analysis technology, and linear matrix inequalities technique (LMI), some novel sufficient conditions on the issue of asymptotic behavior (the mean-square ultimate boundedness, the existence of an attractor, and the mean-square exponential stability) are established. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

This paper considers the dynamics of switched cellular neural networks (CNNs) with mixed delays. With the help of the Lyapnnov function combined with the average dwell time method and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technique, some novel sufficient conditions on the issue of the uniformly ultimate boundedness, the existence of an attractor, and the globally exponential stability for CNN are given. The provided conditions are expressed in terms of LMI, which can be easily checked by the effective LMI toolbox in Matlab in practice.

We address the problem of stochastic attractor and boundedness of a class of switched Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (CGNN) with discrete and infinitely distributed delays. With the help of stochastic analysis technology, the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, linear matrix inequalities technique (LMI), and the average dwell time approach (ADT), some novel sufficient conditions regarding the issues of mean-square uniformly ultimate boundedness, the existence of a stochastic attractor, and the mean-square exponential stability for the switched Cohen-Grossberg neural networks are established. Finally, illustrative examples and their simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

This paper is concerned with the mean-square exponential stability analysis problem for a class of stochastic interval cellular neural networks with time-varying delay. By using the stochastic analysis approach, employing Lyapunov function and norm inequalities, several mean-square exponential stability criteria are established in terms of the formula and Razumikhin theorem to guarantee the stochastic interval delayed cellular neural networks to be mean-square exponential stable. Some recent results reported in the literatures are generalized. A kind of equivalent description for this stochastic interval cellular neural networks with time-varying delay is also given.

This paper investigates the mean square exponential stability problem of a class of complex-valued neural networks with stochastic disturbance and mixed delays including both time-varying delays and continuously distributed delays. Under different assumption conditions concerning stochastic disturbance term from the existing ones, some sufficient conditions are derived for assuring the mean square exponential stability of the equilibrium point of the system based on the vector Lyapunov function method and Ito^ differential-integral theorem. The obtained results not only generalize the existing ones, but also reduce the conservatism of the previous stability results about complex-valued neural networks with stochastic disturbances. Two numerical examples with simulation results are given to verify the feasibility of the proposed results.

This paper is concerned with the mean-square exponential input-to-state stability problem for a class of stochastic Cohen-Grossberg neural networks. Different from prior works, neutral terms and mixed delays are discussed in our system. By employing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, Itô formula, Dynkin formula, and stochastic analysis theory, we obtain some novel sufficient conditions to ensure that the addressed system is mean-square exponentially input-to-state stable. Moreover, two numerical examples and their simulations are given to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical results.

We investigate the globalμ-stability in the mean square of impulsive stochastic neural networks with unbounded time-varying delays and continuous distributed delays. By choosing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a novel robust stability condition, in the form of linear matrix inequalities, is derived. These sufficient conditions can be tested by MATLAB LMI software packages. The results extend and improve the earlier publication. Two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.

Existence and exponential stability of a periodic solution for fuzzy cellular neural networks with time-varying delays Fuzzy cellular neural networks with time-varying delays are considered. Some sufficient conditions for the existence and exponential stability of periodic solutions are obtained by using the continuation theorem based on the coincidence degree and the differential inequality technique. The sufficient conditions are easy to use in pattern recognition and automatic control. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of our methods.

This paper considers dynamical behaviors of a class of fuzzy impulsive reaction-diffusion delayed cellular neural networks (FIRDDCNNs) with time-varying periodic self-inhibitions, interconnection weights, and inputs. By using delay differential inequality,M-matrix theory, and analytic methods, some new sufficient conditions ensuring global exponential stability of the periodic FIRDDCNN model with Neumann boundary conditions are established, and the exponential convergence rate index is estimated. The differentiability of the time-varying delays is not needed. An example is presented to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the obtained results.
