Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections due to Asymptomatic Colonic Diverticulitis

The authors report a case of colovesical fistula due to asymptomatic diverticulitis, and they emphasize the importance of deeply investigate recurrent urinary tract infection without any bowel symptoms. They also briefly review the literature.
