It is with a great significance to discuss the selection model of regional strategic emerging industry. First, the paper uses the fuzzy optimization theory to select the central industry of area as the regional strategic emerging industry and try to optimize the weight’s calculation in the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to get more accurate results. Then it will do a strategic emerging industrial inspection about the advantage and ecological related index based on a multiobjective programming model and the maximum entropy.

Elaborate the optimal allocation of water resources system connotation, significance and the role of the sustainable utilization of water resources. Based on the water resources system analysis, discusses the system analysis method of water resources and the steps and mathematical model, and the linear programming model for the optimal allocation of water resources in the mathematical model, based on the fuzzy mathematics and the theory of multiple objective decision-making, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with analytic hierarchy process, with the set value statistical and fuzzy membership function of indexes are calculated, determine the evaluation matrix, and then constructs a multi objective comprehensive evaluation model, and using computer to realize the optimal allocation of water resources, to provide a scientific basis.

This paper aims at the incompatibility of indices in comprehensive evaluation of supporting scheme for foundation pit. An optimization model based on extension sets is presented. The model takes the scheme to be evaluated, evaluating indices and its characteristic value as matter elements, relational function are constructed according to the expertise and practice and optimum scheme is obtained by calculating the comprehensive relational degree. Compared it with fuzzy optimization theory model, the results achieved is consistent coincident.

According to the 8000t/d production capacity planning and high in-situ stress, high rockburst proneness in deep mining of Sanshandao Gold Mine, three mining methods were compared and analyzed from safety, technical and economic indexes. Fuzzy optimization model was built to select the optimal mining method based on mining indexes quantification and fuzzy analysis of mining indexes. The conclusion shows that Alternate Room-Pillar Mining Method with Ascending Backfill is the optimal mining method to satisfy the safety and high efficiency demand of deep mining in Sanshandao Gold Mine.

Aiming at the issue of talent recruitment decision in universities, the fuzzy optimization theory was adopted to construct an analysis model of the multiple objects. It is found that the optimal decision concerning the recruitment of high-level talents in universities can be made according to the results of a comprehensive evaluation through the analysis model. The model calculation is simple and the result is in conformity with the actual. It can provide a reference of high-level talents recruitment in universities.

Alternate Room-Pillar Mining Method with Ascending Backfill is now used in deep mining of Sanshandao Gold Mine. In mining practice of the metal mines, the widths of the room and pillar vary from 6m to 15m. In order to improve the production capacity and solve the deep mining safety problems, a fuzzy optimization model containing 11 evaluation indexes was built to choose the optimal structural parameters among 8m×8m, 8m×10m, 10m×10m, 10m×12m and 12m×12m. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results prove that the optimal stope structural parameter is 10m×10m for safety and high efficiency mine operation.

In this paper, the economic planning was conducted for the application of game theory in multi-objective area. The study and combined application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process were also performed. On this basis, a portfolio selection model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was designed and its application was simulated.

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.
