This study uses natural polymer polysaccharide chitosan as film material, and prepares Quercetin-chitosan oral ulcer composite film in order to improve permeability of the drug to ulcer position reaching the delay-releasing effect. we uses this film in the oral ulcer animal model to verify its curative effect and discuss its mechanism in order to lay the foundation for further clinical application.
