In a study of dominant diazotrophic bacteria present in the rhizosphere of wheat and maize, 28 strains of Enterobacteriaceae were isolated. They were all Voges-Proskauer positive, motile at 28 °C but not at 37 °C, and they produced a Tween-80 esterase and did not exhibit decarboxylase activity. This fits well with the description of Rahnella aquatilis. The ability of these strains to reduce acetylene in pure culture and in association with their host plant and the DNA hybridization with a nifHDK probe are described. This is the first time that R. aquatilis is reported as a rhizosphere-associated bacterium and also a nitrogen fixer. Key words: Rahnella aquatilis, rhizosphere, wheat, maize, nitrogen fixation.

Parents are obliged to take care of their children’s future, especially by rendering sufficient education. Children are believed to bring about happiness every now and then, who generate family’s pride up to the almighty judication. Some people are save and some are not in that court, where children will give sigificant contribution in it. That’s why the children’s well being has become the parents obligation. To bring about children’s well being, parents should also render the good treatments during the life cycle of their children. The main duties of parents for their children are giving them the good names, sending them to the good schools where they can learn religion, and marry them to their good spouses. Psychologically, when children are sent to school for the first time, they will feel that they are put apart from parents’ care, so that may of them have to go difficult phase of adjustment. The adjustment includes that of education so as to run as naturally as possible. To get the naturality of the education delegation, teachers and educators are obliged to be able to nurture any value to students as naturally as possible. Parenting model of teaching serves the requirements of teaching children just the way the parrents do, so that it is assumptively effective in teaching elementary students by taking consideration on the psychologial aspect of children.

Key words: Parenting Model of teaching, children education optimalization

Territory of the upper reaches of Western Bug River, especially the annalistic of Belz in Solokiya and its surroundings, is rich in archeological sites. In 2016, as part of the Program «Protection and Preservation of the Cultural Heritage of the Lviv Region for 2016–2018», conservation research was conducted at the settlement Belz 22 (Hora). It is a multi-layered settlement with cultural and chronological horizons from the final Paleolithic to modern times. Information and research on it were conducted with advantages during XX century however, for the first time in the settlement; remains of a Slavic dwelling-semi-dugout (object 20) of the Prague culture were discovered and studied. Research has shown that dwelling had two periods of functioning. Traces of restructuring were confirmed, which led to a reduction of the area and changing of the shape – from rectangular to square. Evidence of the reconstruction was the remains of two clay ovens, the oldest of which was partially cut down by a later wall. Under the remains of this wall above the furnace a Roman denarius of the II century was found. Ovens are built on special sites made of compacted clay. The older oven has a dome lined with special rollers. Discovered material is represented mainly by handmade ceramic pots, some of them are reconstructed. Some of the forms of utensils were common during the late V – early VI centuries, and the other part – during the second half of VI – early VII century. This division corresponded to the periods of housing. An important find was the weights for the loom, which were reused to build the oven. An additional evidence of the development of weaving in the settlement is a bi-conical spinner with flat platforms, which comes from dwelling. The settlement on the outskirts of the annalistic Belz is characterized by permanence and genetic connection throughout the Middle Ages – from individual Slavic settlements in this region to the creation of a separate principality around the big city. Key words: Prague culture, Belz, Solokiya, dwelling, oven, ceramics, denarius.

Abstract Pruning of Juglans mandshurica produces a lot of waste branches which are potentially rich source of juglone. However, they are usually discarded as waste. Given that, the water-in-oil microemulsion was proposed, aiming at developing a novel and efficient microemulsion-based microwave-assisted extraction(MBMAE)method. By which juglone in the Juglans mandshurica waste branches could be obtained. In our experiment, the waste branches powder was added to the MBMAE system. Under the best microemulsion system: (tween 80: n-propanol : n-hexane : water=27% : 13.5% : 4.5% : 55%), the PH of the microemulsion solution of 5.6, microemulsion - Juglans mandshurica branches powder of 20:1 (mL/g), operating temperature of 40°C and operating time of 63 s, operating power of 400 W, the juglone yield was 4.58 mg/g. The results were that the extraction yield applying the MBMAE method were 1.86-fold and 6.65-fold that of microwave-assisted extraction applying ethanol (Ethanol-MAE) and heat reflux extraction by ethanol (Ethanol-HRE), respectively. Obviously, the MBMAE method could be used as an alternative to traditional extraction methods to extract juglone.Statement of Novelty A large number of waste branches from Juglans mandshurica pruning are often discarded as waste. Based on the concept of green development, this work proposes for the first time the extraction and utilization of juglone from the waste branches of Juglans mandshurica. However, a certain problem such as low efficiency, high cost, and complicated operation is existing in traditional extraction method for juglone. Consequently, a special microemulsion system for juglone was established for the first time, and on this basis, the application of MBMAE method to the extraction of juglone was also proposed for the first time. It provides data support for the extraction of juglone from other materials or plants.
