Neon tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) as one of the commercial fish species of tetra group. Market prospects, especially for national, pretty good. The market outlook is also supported by the scarcity of ornamental fish farmers who cultivate them. One contributing factor, the lack of knowledge about the ratio of the number of parent couples who used because the sex ratio in spawning fish of each species is different. This is related to the determination of the effectiveness of the number of pairs of parent and efficient use of aircraft. One livelihood District of Kras is a fish farming businesses. With the current conditions in which the business prospects of ornamental fish are on the rise, the skills of ornamental fish breeding techniques Neon tetra is an advantage for fish farming businesses. The target outcomes of this community service program is Equipping fish farming businesses in the District Kras with knowledge of engineering and maintenance management of seed breeding freshwater fish neon tetra and increase their income by making freshwater fish neon tetra as commodity diversification ornamental fish.

The parasitic Protozoa of seven species of freshwater fish (the cyprinids Notropis cornutus, Notropis heterolepis, Notemigonus crysoleucas, and Semotilus atromaculatus; the percid Perca flavescens; the centrarchid Lepomis gibbosus; and the salmonid Salvelinus fontinalis) are described from Lake Sasajewun and Lake Opeongo, Algonquin Park, Ontario. The parasites include 1 species of Hexamita, 6 species of Goussia, 2 species of Eimeria, 3 species of Octosporella, 30 species of Myxosporea, and 9 species of Ciliata. Fifteen new species are described: Goussia notropicum, Goussia notemigonica, Sphaerospora diminuta, Myxobolus heterolepis, Myxobolus lepomicus, Myxobolus paralintoni, Myxobolus gibbosus, Myxobolus wellerae, Myxobolus schuberti, Myxobolus pseudokoi, Myxobolus pellicdes, Thelohanellus oviformis, Myxobilatus semotilii, Trichodina opeongoensis, and Apiosoma triangularis. The relative distribution of the parasites and their prevalence in fish from the two lakes, and the global distribution of protozoan parasites of fish are discussed.

Collagen was documented as a difficult and expensive protein to quantify due to its insoluble. It is particularly since solubility is a key functional property in a variety of applications such as healthcare and cosmetic products. The main aim of this study was to extract the collagens from the skins of commercial freshwater fish such as red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), catfish (Clarias gariepinus) and pangasius (Pangasius pangasius) together with characteristics defined for each type of collagen extraction. The extracted collagens were determined in their molecular weights by using SDS-PAGE and the structure of it was observed under SEM. The obtained molecular weight of all three commercial fish collagens is approximately >80kDa. The characteristics of each type of collagen were then defined by using appropriate analysis through this research.

The objects of this research were the mirror carp and trout growth in fishfactory «Biserovskiy ». The purpose of this research was veterinary and sanitary estimation of these fish. We conducted a pathoanatomic autopsy and inspection of fish, determined organoleptic characteristics and conducted microbiological investigation on the presence of coliforms (E. coli), Listeria monocytogenes, S. aureus in the fish. Veterinary-sanitary examination was conducted in accordance with the reference book «Veterinary and sanitary examination of freshwater fish» and «The rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of freshwater fish and crawfish». Microbiological investigation was conducted in accordance with «Instruction of sanitary and microbiological control of alimentary products from fish and marine invertebrates», GOST 26670-91 «Food products. Methods for cultivation of microorganisms», GOST 10444.15-94 «Food products. Methods for determination of quantity of mesophilic aerobes and facultative anaerobes», GOST 31747-2012 «Food products. Methods for detection and quantity determination of coliformes », GOST 32031-2012 «Food products. Methods for detection of Listeria monocytogenes », GOST 31746-2012 «Food products. Methods for detection and quantity determination of coagulase-positive staphylococci and Staphylococcus aureus». According to the results of the research, these fish met the requirements of regulatory documentation, which confirms the safety of products for the consumer. Keywords: fish farming, mirrorcarp, trout, pathological investigation, organoleptic investigation, microbiological investigation, veterinary and sanitary examination.

An interesting feature of the goldfish liver is the morphology of the hepatic plate, which is always formed by a two-cell layer of hepatocytes. Hepatic plates of the goldfish liver contain an infrequently seen second type of cell, in the centers of plates between two hepatocytes. A TEH study by Yamamoto (1) demonstrated ultrastructural differences between hepatocytes and centrally located cells in hepatic plates; the latter were classified as ductule cells of the biliary system. None of the previous studies clearly showed a three-dimensional organization of the two cell types described. In the present investigation we utilize SEM to elucidate the arrangement of hepatocytes and bile ductular cells in intralobular plates of goldfish liver.Livers from young goldfish (Carassius auratus), about 6-10 cm, fed commercial fish food were used for this study. Hepatic samples were fixed in 4% buffered paraformaldehyde, cut into pieces, fractured, osmicated, CPD, mounted Au-Pd coated, and viewed by SEM at 17-20 kV. Our observations were confined to the ultrastructure of biliary passages within intralobular plates, ductule cells, and hepatocytes.
