Fusion of W states in a cavity quantum electrodynamic system

In this paper, we study how to fuse two W states into a larger W state in a cavity quantum electrodynamic system. Two atoms are collided within a detuned vacuum cavity mode. One atom is from the first N-atom W state system, and the other is from the second M-atom W state system. The two atoms will be detected after flying out of the cavity mode. If only one excitation is detected between the two atoms, an (N + M − 2)-atom W state can be generated with some probability. If no excitation is detected between the two atoms, the remaining (N − 1)-atom W state and (M − 1)-atom W state can be re-fused using the same procedure, continuing until two excitations are detected between the two atoms. Using this procedure, the chance of entanglement of the two W states is as large as possible. A feasibility analysis indicates that this scheme can be implemented using existing experimental technologies.

We present sufficient criteria for the entanglement of three-qubit states. For some special families of states, the criteria are also necessary for the entanglement. They are formulated as simple sets of inequalities for the mean values of certain observables defined as tensor products of Pauli matrices. The criteria are good indicators of the entanglement in the vicinity of three-qubit GHZ and W states and enjoy the capability of detecting the entangled states with positive partial transpositions. Furthermore, they improve the best known result for the case of W state mixed with the white noise. The efficiency of the criteria is illustrated through several examples.

Almost all philosophy about the state system has concentrated on the authorities. Any function of the state can be represented as a superposition of the functions of violence / coercion. This is the philosophy of solving political, environmental, and climate challenges not through violent / voluntaristic methods, but by the recognition of sovereign rights and the search for ways to achieve sustainable development. Any cracy / power / coercion / violence must be separated from the models of society, the state. Public agreement is not an agreement with the abstract notion of the state, but an agreement with definite elected people who have gained the trust of those to whom they temporarily render their services. Contract is temporary, limited by period, with obligatory full responsibility of the parties. Scientific novelty. For more than two thousand years, long before Aristotle and Plato, European philosophical thought, reflecting on the structure of society, wanders in the labyrinths of kratia. Modern achievements of mathematics provide an opportunity to build ideal political objects, and a direct product of material and ideal government building. (Example of a trust algebra [4].)

We show a general W state of N-particle entanglement. Using four pairs of two-particle non-maximally entanglement states, we give a general scheme of probabilistic teleportation of the four-particle general W state by constructing a 5 × 5 projection transformation matrix different from the other references. The general scheme overcomes the difficulty of having to introduce an auxiliary state |0>A in order to get a complex unitary transformation matrix. Thus, we need not perform more operations and measurements than the past researches. We then give a general scheme of the probabilistic teleportation of the N-particle general W state by means of N pairs of general entanglement particles, and the scheme may be applied to all the researches and calculation about the probabilistic teleportation of N-particle entanglement general state by means of N pairs of general entanglement particles, and may simplify their researches, calculation, physical operations and measurements.

Perkembangan jumlah kendaraan yang pesat di kota Makassar tidak diimbangi oleh pembangunan infrastruktur perkotaan khususnya pada sektor transportasi sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan langkah-langkah strategis untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut salah satunya dengan mengembangkan transportasi alternatif dengan melihat potensi yang ada. Kota Makassar memiliki kanal Jongaya dan Panampu yang letaknya berada ditengah kota, membelah kota Makassar dari utara hingga selatan dan berfungsi sebagai drainase perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi dan masalah pada kanal jongaya dan panampu dalam perspektif pemanfaatannya sebagai transportasi air perkotaan, dan juga melihat hubungannya dengan moda transportasi lainnya dengan menentukan titik perhentian atau halte pada jalur kanal. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kelayakan pelayaran kanal, analisis SWOT untuk kondisi lingkungan kanal, dan analisis penentuan lokasi halte. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dihasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yang akan menjadi rekomendasi atau arahan yang harus dilakukan sebelum melakukan kegiatan perencanaan transportasi pada kanal jongaya dan panampu Kota Makassar.  The rapid growth in the number of vehicles in the city of Makassar is not matched by the development of urban infrastructure especially in the transport sector, causing traffic jam. Therefore, it takes strategic steps to resolve these problems, one of them by developing alternative transportation by seeing the potential that exists. Makassar has Jongaya and Panampu canal that is located in the center of the city, divides the city from north to south and serves as urban drainage. This study aims to uncover the potential and problems of the Panampu and Jongaya canal in perspective of it’s utilization as urban water transport, and also to see the relationship with the other transport modes by defining stop spots on the canal path.  The analysis used in this research are, feasibility analysis of the canal for shipping, SWOT analysis for the environmental contition of the canal, and siting analysis for stops location. From this analysis, produced some conclusions that will become a recommendation or a referral that must be followed prior to the transportation planning activities in Panampu and Jongaya canal in Makassar.

A quantum private comparison (QPC) protocol based on W states [W. Liu et al., Opt. Commun.284, 3160 (2011)] has pointed out there is a flaw of information leak [Y. B. Li et al., Eur. Phys. J. D.66, 110 (2012)]. In order to solve the problem, a special kind of W-class state is introduced, and its construction framework of quantum circuits is sketched. Based on this kind of W-class states, an improvement on Liu et al.'s protocol is presented. Analysis shows the improvement can not only hold the characteristics of original protocol, but also avoid the information leak that Li et al. pointed out.

In this paper, some properties of multi-qubit states traveling in non-inertial frames are investigated, where we assume that all particles are accelerated. These properties are including fidelities, capacities and entanglement of the accelerated channels for three different states, namely, Greeberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) state, GHZ-like state and W-state. It is shown here that all these properties are decreased as the accelerations of the moving particles are increased. The obtained results show that the GHZ-state is the most robust state comparing to the others, where the degradation rate is less than that for the other states particularly in the second Rindler region. Also, it is shown here that the entangled property doesn't change in the accelerated frames. Additionally, the paper shows that the degree of entanglement decreases as the accelerations of the particles increase in the first Rindler region. However in the second region, where all subsystems are disconnected at zero acceleration, entangled states are generated as the acceleration increases.

AbstractGlobalization processes, weakening position of national states, integration processes, society changes and democratization of systems are just a few of the main determinants of dynamic changes taking place in the twentieth and twenty-first century. Their effects become revealed by, for example, an increasing independece tendencies among nations without their own countries. Spain, for centuries forming a heterogeneous state system, after the fall of the Francoist regime and facing the need for system transformation, has implemented many innovative solutions, especially in the field of territorial decentralization. The intensification of secession demands from the part of autonomous Spanish communities, seems to make introduction of reforms inevitable, reforms that would have to maintain the unity of the monarchy, and on the other hand, to live up to the expectations of the regions.

In this paper we propose a four-party scheme for a sender to achieve the tripartition of his/her arbitrary single-qubit quantum information among three recipients via an asymmetric four-qubit W state as quantum channels. In the scheme, if and only if, the three recipients cooperate together, they can perfectly retrieve the sender's quantum information by performing first two 2-qubit collective unitary operations and then a single-qubit unitary operation. The scheme is symmetric with respect to the reconstruction for any recipient can conclusively recover the quantum information with the other two's helps.

Background/Objectives: This research is made to find out what kind of moderating effect the empathy ability of supervisor makes on the turnover intention in the hierarchical organizational culture.Methods/Statistical analysis: The subjects for this research are the employees working for small and mid-sized companies in Korea and the questionnaires were distributed to them for the research. The questionnaire was made up of 16 questions including 4 demographical questions and the measuring was made by using 5-point Likert scale. For the empirical analysis, SPSS 23.0 program was used and the feasibility analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and the test of moderating effect were performed.Findings: As the number of independent variable was just one, the factory analysis was not conducted. The results of reliability analysis showed that Cronbach Alpha values were all 0.6 or more. In addition, the correlation analysis results showed that the correlation between the hierarchical organizational culture and turnover intention was 0.931 and the correlation between the hierarchical organizational culture and the empathy ability of supervisor was 0.242, thus showing the low correlation. On the other hand, the correlation between the turnover intention and the empathy ability of supervisor was 0.661, thus showing a little high correlation. All of them showed the significance probabilities of 0.0000. The regression analysis showed that the hierarchical organizational culture made a significant effect on the turnover intention. As the analysis of moderating effect shows the increase in the value R2 with the significance probability of less than 0.05, it was confirmed that the empathy ability of supervisor has the moderating effect. This means that even though the hierarchical organizational culture may affect the turnover intention, the empathy ability of supervisor may lower the turnover intention.Improvements/Applications: The future researches are required to focus on the methodology of enhancing the empathy ability and the tools for measuring the empathy ability along with the development of program.
