In this paper we consider an initial problem for systems of differential equations of fractional order with a small parameter for the derivative. Regularization problem is produced, and algorithm for normal and unique solubility of general iterative systems of differential equations with partial derivatives is given.

В настоящей работе рассматривается задача с начальными данными для нелинейного интегро-дифференциального уравнения, связанного с перидинамической моделью. Доказывается существование и единственность решения. In this paper we consider initial problem for nonlinear integro-differential equation related to peridynamic model. The existence and uniqueness of solution are proved.

Implementation of this study aims to determine the improvement of learning achievement of Indonesian students class III Semester II SD No. 3 Abiansemal 2015/2016 Academic Year after applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model in the learning process. The initial problem that occurs is that the learning process has not been maximized by the teacher in improving student achievement due to the use of the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model that still uses a model that is constantly being asked without adequate theory. After the data was collected using tools in the form of student achievement tests from an initial average of 67.38 with learning completeness of 26.92%, increased to 71.81 with learning completeness 57.69% in cycle I and rose to 78.54 with learning completeness 96.15% in cycle II. The results in the second cycle are in line with the expectations of the research success indicators therefore this study is not continued to the next cycle. With the acquisition of these data it can be ascertained that the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model method in the implementation of the learning process is able to improve the achievement of students' Indonesian learning so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.

This paper, taking a mine dump truck as the research object, analyzes CAE by the principle of the finite element’s inertia and finds out the initial problem of the design, thus optimizing the frame structure reasonably. Thereby it can reduce the cost of the production’s design and shorten development cycle of new models.

Dr. Ralph Olsen's recent letter to the Editor,1 questioning the validity of prescribing medication for all children with school behavior problems, is more acceptable to me than the opinions stated in the response of Dr. L. Eugene Arnold.2 As a pediatric neurologist, I have first-hand knowledge of the frequency with which this request is made and have had many opportunities to evaluate the results of pharmacotherapy. The initial problem is that of identifying the child whose hyperactive behavior is due to minimal brain dysfunction (by definition an "organic" process).

While numerous studies have shown diverse effects of rankings, rather little is known about their production. This article contributes to a broader understanding of rankings in society, and does so by focusing on underlying worldviews. I argue that the existence of a ranking and its concrete methodology can be explained by the producer’s paradigmatic assumptions about a world-to-be-ranked. Referring to the sociology of knowledge and studies on commensuration, comparisons, quantification and valuation, I provide a general heuristic to analyze this relation between underlying worldviews and observational regimes through which order is constructed systematically. Presenting empirical results on a ranking for the most famous artists in the world, I show how the review device’s initial problem and its construction of order derive from consistent assumptions about contemporary art, its symbolic structures and its social embeddedness. These findings have implications for both research on rankings and sociology of the arts.

In 1883–1884, Henri Poincaré announced the result about the structure of the set of zeros of function , or alternatively the existence of solutions of the equation . In the case the Poincaré Theorem is well known Bolzano Theorem. In 1940 Miranda rediscovered the Poincaré Theorem. Except for few isolated results it is essentially a non-algorithmic theory. The aim of this article is to introduce an algorithmical proof of the Theorem “On the existence of a chain” and for an algorithmical proof of the Bolzano-Poincaré Theorem and to show the equivalence of Poincaré, Brouwer and “On the existence of a chain” theorems.
