Based on the problem is being  faced , The researcher  is initiatively to develop a research on  previously within three great methods , they are : work satisfaction , organization's  commitment and intensity of turnover  which is use 162 questioners . The datas have been received from the several people will be analyzed using SPSS statistic measurement. The result show that work satisfaction did not significantly affect to turnover intention .But, organization commitment gives a big deal for turnover intention. So, based on the researching we could make a conclusion for turnover intention was affected how much the company put an effort for the commitment in organization. However the company should keep in maintenance of the commitment in organization and make continuous improvement.

The purpose of this research was to acquire the value index of clinical crown lower jaw canine male and female, and to prove whether the index of male's canine is bigger than female's. The samples of the research was the students of Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Padjadjaran class of 1998 until 2001 by using proportional random sampling method according to the criteria and also adjust with the numbers of male and female composition in per class. The characteristic of the research was analytical descriptive with survey technique. The result of t test statistic measurement was that index of clinical crown tower jaw canine of mate was 1.50 and female was 1.21, by using reliance 95%. The inference of the research showed that the index of clinical crown lower jaw canine of male was significantly bigger than female's. The result of the research can be used as auxiliary data from the techniques to process gender identification in odontology forensic.

The article studies the situation in the education system ofRussiaand lines of upgrading this system in view of country economy rising to a new stage of development, i.e. digitalization of all economic processes. As information technologies grow, unskilled labour becomes a thing of the past and is being replaced by intellectual labour. A lot of specialties that can be replaced by workers using digital technologies are neglected by labour market. The key goal of higher school today is to develop concepts of new specialties, which in its turn requires designing of new programs of teaching, competences, curriculums, etc. Upgrading the education system should be carried out on the basis of all positive achievements of the past. The authors present statistic measurement of education processes and identify stages of transformations and reforms of the education system. Education is a part of our life, which in the future can prove, whether our society will be prosperous and life standard of people will change.

This research aims to provide the understanding of stakeholders’ interaction process in housing reconstruction in Pangalengan Sub-District after the 2009 West Java earthquake. This research took qualitative approach and was focused on describing patterns which the actors took in particular roles and exploring their interaction pattern. The actors’ interaction was presented in statistic measurement and social network analysis. Through the visualization of actors’ networks and the quantitative measurement of the networks, it was resulted that the density of network was relatively low. We found that 41 actors were involved in housing reconstruction in Pangalengan Sub-District which 18 actors became the central actors. The actors in the network comprised from four elements, including government, community, business and donor, and external actors. The increasing of interaction intensity in the network by arranging such mechanism and enhancement of actors’ capacity are recommended in this study.

Abstract ArielRad, the Ariel radiometric model, is a simulator developed to address the challenges in optimising the space mission science payload and to demonstrate its compliance with the performance requirements. Ariel, the Atmospheric Remote-Sensing Infrared Exoplanet Large-survey, has been selected by ESA as the M4 mission in the Cosmic Vision programme and, during its 4 years primary operation, will provide the first unbiased spectroscopic survey of a large and diverse sample of transiting exoplanet atmospheres. To allow for an accurate study of the mission, ArielRad uses a physically motivated noise model to estimate contributions arising from stationary processes, and includes margins for correlated and time-dependent noise sources. We show that the measurement uncertainties are dominated by the photon statistic, and that an observing programme with about 1000 exoplanetary targets can be completed during the primary mission lifetime.
