In recent years, increasingly advanced technology infrastructure leads to an extraordinary growth of Internet users. By virtue of the explosive growth of the entire Internet industry, the online game industry has shown a rapid development trend, and the overall user scale of online games continues to expand. Meanwhile, the online game industry becomes a good investment market for investors to operate in. This article uses Blizzard as an example to analyze its investment value. Besides, the future trend of the video game industry is analyzed by using the SWOT-model and forecasting calculation data. The result shows that based on the current development of the game industry environment and the same companies in the game industry, Activision Blizzard will have a steady increase in profits in the future. Therefore, it is worth being invested.

Purpose – Within the building sector a lack of clarity in terminology does not help designers, clients or researchers. Non-domestic buildings have shown rapid increases in the use of advanced technology and control systems with varying drivers, many of which are labelled as intelligent. The term smart has been used interchangeably with intelligent without any clear distinction between the two. If the term Smart Buildings represented a separate, more advanced grouping, it would provide an opportunity to focus the future progress of non-domestic building development. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – Drawing upon academic and industrial literature and experience, this paper reviews the scope of Intelligent Buildings and the current available definitions of Smart Buildings to form a clear definition of both smart and Intelligent Buildings. Findings – These definitions define the border between the intelligent and the (more advanced) Smart Building. The upper bound of the Smart Building is defined by (the future development of) the predictive building. Originality/value – This work provides a clear focus which will allow the progression of the non-domestic building sector by providing guidance and aspiration, as well as providing a platform upon which a large amount of technical work can be based.

The notion of ‘smart cities’ is increasingly visible in discourses on the future of cities but Change is coming to transportation, whether we are ready for it or not. But how sustainable and digital innovation can unlock better people health and well-being, enhance safety and security and provide seamless mobility experiences. It can be argued that smartening the mobility infrastructure enables the citizens to make informed decisions, and this is indeed true- if done well, but it has a big “if.” This research engages with the key drivers of change and provides affirmative aspirations for mobility in the not-so-distant future in order to facilitate conversations about change. However, the development of possibilities (scenarios) for the government policies and business innovation is dependent on the advanced technology and socio-economic values, which are embedded in the context and culture. The research paper aims to visualize through foresight by design, plausible alternatives of sustainable future for passenger transport in Delhi to stimulate sustainable innovation developments for transportation and analyse the present innovative influences for smart mobility in Delhi to accelerate the adoption. The first part of the paper analyses how do urban planners use the discourse of smart cities and how it has defined in India then later suggest future scenario for the future which will empower users, changing mobility models and transforming eco-system where intelligent connectivity would unite varied rage of emerging technologies to enable smarter, healthier and more resilient and economically vibrant urban life. This research considers smart mobility by outlining current challenges, suggesting technological, infrastructural and policy solutions and distilling explorations of the future into a series of ‘user journeys.’ It seeks to answer if ‘branding of technology’ can be used as a tool to create a new identity for mobility of Delhi or ‘upgrade’ the existing situation. How can the context of Delhi be decoded to describe the perceptions of the people?

Near field communications systems are being built into many smartphones which will enable users to not only pay for goods and services but to obtain information from NFC-enables products. Some emerging technologies are examined and potential security concerns are outlined.
