Friction welding is widely used in determining the mass production process for joining dissimilar materials due to its environment friendliness, production efficiency and low heat input. In this study, Taguchi approach was applied in grey relational analysis to solve the multi-response optimization. The experimental result analysis is to achieve the maximization of tensile strength and minimization of weld time and metal loss. The optimal combinations of welding parameters are predicted through grey relational analysis for the multi-performance and optimal results were verified through confirmation test.

In this paper, the mineral properties of the lean magnetite in RongTian mine corporation was studied, during which the analysis of the mineral properties, prelimenary separation on the lump mine, two-section grinding, one section fine screening and three-section low intensity magnetic separation process were carried out. The results showed that if the suitable mineral processing flowsheet is adapted, we can achieved such index:concentrate grade of 63.65%, Fe recovery of 47.12% based on the ore grade of 10.05%.. According to the experimental result analysis, most of the iron minerals could be used to support the steel production of LingGang Group.Single magnetic process proved to be an suitable and promising process to conduct the fine particles of lean magnitite.

Basic characteristics of organic-dye doped polymer optical fibers (DPOFs) are demonstrated. The devices contain laser dye, such as Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Rhodamine B (RB) in the core region. Firstly, amplification characteristics of DPOF amplifiers (PO-FAs) excited by a pulse-operated, doubled Nd:YAG laser are demonstrated, e.g., a 250 mm-length of RB-POFA gives 1 kW (30 dB) of amplified signal at 591 nm. Next, an all solid state system of RB DPOF laser (POFL) is discussed by numerical simulation and the experimental result of high-power amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) by strong excitation of DPOF is shown.

This paper proposes a small-signal modeling method for building an LLC half-bridge resonant converter. In recent years, the LLC half-bridge resonant converter has attracted the attention of many researchers because of its high-power conversion efficiency and high-power density. Generally, the LLC half-bridge resonant converter consists of many passive components, including stray and parasitic elements, resulting in a high-order system. Because the fundamental harmonic approximation (FHA) method for an LLC resonant converter only considers the fundamental harmonic and neglects higher harmonics, it is not accurate and introduces large errors in a higher-order system. In this paper, according to the operation principle of the LLC half-bridge resonant converter, a small-signal model is established. Based on the small-signal model, the input-to-output and control-to-output transfer function is derived. The experimental result verified that the proposed model yields a high accuracy, thereby highlighting the usefulness and versatility of the proposed model over other existing models.

According to the air flow measurement principle, an automobile conditioner each outlet and atmospheric pressure based on zero characteristics has been developed. The experiment platform adopts V cone flowmeter gas flow indirect measurement of automotive air conditioning of the air outlet pipe, a detailed description of the design of the test bench of mechanical structure, measuring circuit, computer software, through the experimental result analysis, can realize the accurate measurement of air.

AbstractProtein function prediction based on protein-protein interactions (PPI) is one of the most important challenges of the Post-Genomic era. Due to the fact that determining protein function by experimental techniques can be costly, function prediction has become an important challenge for computational biology and bioinformatics. Some researchers utilize graph- (or network-) based methods using PPI networks for un-annotated proteins. The aim of this study is to increase the accuracy of the protein function prediction using two proposed methods.To predict protein functions, we propose a Protein Function Prediction based on Clique Analysis (ProCbA) and Protein Function Prediction on Neighborhood Counting using functional aggregation (ProNC-FA). Both ProCbA and ProNC-FA can predict the functions of unknown proteins. In addition, in ProNC-FA which is not including new algorithm; we try to address the essence of incomplete and noisy data of PPI era in order to achieving a network with complete functional aggregation. The experimental results on MIPS data and the 17 different explained datasets validate the encouraging performance and the strength of both ProCbA and ProNC-FA on function prediction. Experimental result analysis as can be seen in Section IV, the both ProCbA and ProNC-FA are generally able to outperform all the other methods.

In this paper, experimental results and Monte Carlo simulation methods used to study irradiation damage of Electron-beam on high-power AlInGaP red LED. The electron beam range and distribution of energy loss in the LED chip are analyzed by CASINO program in detail, the high-power AlInGaP red LED is irradiated by different energy and dose of electron beam irradiation produced by the low energy electron beam irradiation equipment. We contrast the optical parameter of the irradiated LED with the unirradiated LED. The experimental result is analyzed and discussed by the mechanism of electron beam irradiation. The results show that: the luminous flux and power change of the irradiated and unirradiated LED are showed by dose-response. In process of irradiation, the elastic collision and ionization are occurred between the incident particles and atoms within the material, which cause defect in the internal structure of the AlInGaP material and form the color centers.
