Today, more than forty countries of the world are engaged in the development of military-purpose robots. A number of unique mobile robots with a wide range of capabilities are already being used by combat and intelligence units of the Armed forces of the developed world countries to conduct battlefield intelligence and support tactical groups. At present, the issue of using the latest information technology in the field of military robotics is thoroughly investigated, and the creation of highly effective information management systems in the land-mobile robotic complexes has acquired a new phase associated with the use of distributed information and sensory systems and consists in the transition from application of separate sensors and devices to the construction of modular information subsystems, which provide the availability of various data sources and complex methods of information processing. The purpose of the article is to investigate the ways to increase the autonomy of the land-mobile robotic complexes using in a non-deterministic conditions of modern combat. Relevance of researches is connected with the necessity of creation of highly effective information and control systems in the perspective robotic means for the needs of Land Forces of Ukraine. The development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine management system based on the criteria adopted by the EU and NATO member states is one of the main directions of increasing the effectiveness of the use of forces (forces), which involves achieving the principles and standards necessary for Ukraine to become a member of the EU and NATO. The inherent features of achieving these criteria will be the transition to a reduction of tasks of the combined-arms units and the large-scale use of high-precision weapons and land remote-controlled robotic devices. According to the views of the leading specialists in the field of robotics, the automation of information subsystems and components of the land-mobile robotic complexes can increase safety, reliability, error-tolerance and the effectiveness of the use of robotic means by standardizing the necessary actions with minimal human intervention, that is, a significant increase in the autonomy of the land-mobile robotic complexes for the needs of Land Forces of Ukraine.

This article begins by examining the origins and modern standing of nonlawyer judges. It moves on to recite criticisms levied at nonlawyer judges and the reasons that large-scale elimination of nonlawyer judges is unlikely in the near future. Finally, it concludes by offering procedural fairness training as an attainable and highly effective tool to improve the performance of nonlawyer judges.

The streptokinase (SK) is emerging as an important thrombolytic therapy agent in the treatment of patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases. We reported highly effective renaturation of a SK fromS. pyogenessDT7 overexpressed inE. coli, purification, and biochemical characterization. A gene coding for the SK was cloned fromS. pyogenessDT7. Because accumulation of active SK is toxic to the host cells, we have expressed it in the form of inclusion bodies. The mature protein was overexpressed inE. coliBL21 DE3/pESK under the control of the strong promotertacinduced by IPTG with a level of 60% of the total cell proteins. The activity of the rSK, renatured in phosphate buffer supplemented with Triton X-100 and glycerol, was covered with up to 41 folds of its initial activity. The purified of protein was identified with MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry through four peptide fragments, which showed 100% identification to the corresponding peptides of the putative SK from GenBank. Due to overexpression and highly effective renaturation of large amounts of inclusion bodies, the recombinantE. coliBL21 DE3/pESK system could be potentially applied for large-scale production of SK used in the therapy of acute myocardial infarction.

The peculiarities of technological processes of formation of submicron Schottky field transistors usingarsenide-gallium technology, i.e. the technology of Schottky field transistors formation with a self-alifned gate onthe basis of nitride or silicide of tungsten, are considered in the paper. A highly effective technology for theformation of capsular layers of AlN and BN nitride films by high-frequency magnetron sputtering of the propertarget in nitric plasma for the realization of GaAs-based MOS-transistors is developed.

The de-bittering effects of immersion in ethanol on white pomelo peel was investigated. The suitable conditions for ethanol immersion were found as sample: ethanol ratio of 1/12 (g/mL), immersion ethanol concentration 40°, immersion time 4 hours, immersion temperature 50°C, discharge temperature 50°C, and 3 rinsing times. Immersion with ethanol is highly effective as 82.5% naringin bitterness was removed and pesticide residue was reduced. However, the method also reduce content of vitamin C and sugar. Ethanol is one of the most used solvents for antioxidant extraction because it is inexpensive, reusable, non-toxic and used in the food industry. The de-bittering method by immersion with ethanol showed that large scale naringin was separated from the pomelo peel.
