In order to solve the recognition problem caused by the distortion of two-dimensional bar code printed directly on the cylindrical units, a correction method has been put forward based on the combination of the information of space geometry calibrated in the camera and that of the image. Firstly, we should obtain the fixed parameters relating to the machine vision and then analyze how the two-dimensional bar code distorts on the cylindrical surface to find the correction method reversely. Since the cylindrical units vary from each other, it would be difficult to calibrate the radius of the units. Only by analyzing the perspective projection of the edge of the two-dimensional bar code on cylindrical surface and then founding the estimating function of radius can the parameters of radius be obtained from the image information. At last, the rationality of the algorithm is proved by experiments

In order to further improve the energy efficiency of classroom lighting, a classroom lighting energy saving control system based on machine vision technology is proposed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of machine vision design technology, a quantum image storage model algorithm is proposed, and the Back Propagation neural network algorithm is used to analyze the technology, and a multifeedback model for energysaving control of classroom lighting is constructed. Finally, the algorithm and lighting model are simulated. The test results show that the design of this paper can achieve the optimization of the classroom lighting control system, different number of signals can comprehensively control the light and dark degree of the classroom lights, reduce the waste of resources of classroom lighting, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. Technology is worth further popularizing in practice.

We described two clinical cases of ortho-k lenses fitting in patients with “non-typical” corneal curvature/diameter ratio. The main goal was to acknowledge effective and safe use of this myopia correction method in patients with corneal diameter greater than 11 mm. Individual approach to each patient is the key to a successful and safe ortho-k lenses fitting.
