Wide field-of-view (FOV) and high-resolution (HR) imaging are essential to many applications where high-content image acquisition is necessary. However, due to the insufficient spatial sampling of the image detector and the trade-off between pixel size and photosensitivity, the ability of current imaging sensors to obtain high spatial resolution is limited, especially under low-light-level (LLL) imaging conditions. To solve these problems, we propose a multi-scale feature extraction (MSFE) network to realize pixel-super-resolved LLL imaging. In order to perform data fusion and information extraction for low resolution (LR) images, the network extracts high-frequency detail information from different dimensions by combining the channel attention mechanism module and skip connection module. In this way, the calculation of the high-frequency components can receive greater attention. Compared with other networks, the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed image was increased by 1.67 dB. Extensions of the MSFE network are investigated for scene-based color mapping of the gray image. Most of the color information could be recovered, and the similarity with the real image reached 0.728. The qualitative and quantitative experimental results show that the proposed method achieved superior performance in image fidelity and detail enhancement over the state-of-the-art.

Circulating cell DNA (cfDNA) design identification assumes a cardinal job in fetal drug, transplantation and oncology. Be that as it may, it has additionally demonstrated to be a biomarker for different maladies. There are numerous order strategies by which the acknowledgment and arrangement should be possible. So as to have a superior time unpredictability and improve the precision further, this strategy targets distinguishing and arranging the general DNA examples and ailments related with them utilizing cfDNA Images in a Convolution Neural Network. A probabilistic method is used for cfDNA image feature extraction, fragmentation and interpretation. Graphical User Interface is the platform where this method is employed since it uses visual indicators in place of text-based interface. The aftereffects of this test demonstrate that the Convolution Neural Network calculation can perceive cfDNA successions accurately and successfully with no dubiety. Prepared with examples, the CNN can effectively characterize the picture surrendered to coordinated and unparalleled examples with numerical highlights.

In this paper, we propose a symmetric series convolutional neural network (SS-CNN), which is a novel deep convolutional neural network (DCNN)-based super-resolution (SR) technique for ultrasound medical imaging. The proposed model comprises two parts: a feature extraction network (FEN) and an up-sampling layer. In the FEN, the low-resolution (LR) counterpart of the ultrasound image passes through a symmetric series of two different DCNNs. The low-level feature maps obtained from the subsequent layers of both DCNNs are concatenated in a feed forward manner, aiding in robust feature extraction to ensure high reconstruction quality. Subsequently, the final concatenated features serve as an input map to the latter 2D convolutional layers, where the textural information of the input image is connected via skip connections. The second part of the proposed model is a sub-pixel convolutional (SPC) layer, which up-samples the output of the FEN by multiplying it with a multi-dimensional kernel followed by a periodic shuffling operation to reconstruct a high-quality SR ultrasound image. We validate the performance of the SS-CNN with publicly available ultrasound image datasets. Experimental results show that the proposed model achieves an exquisite reconstruction performance of ultrasound image over the conventional methods in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), and structural similarity index (SSIM), while providing compelling SR reconstruction time.

Performa DCSCN meningkat menjadi 37.614dB / 0.9588, 33.86 dB / 0.9225 dan 31.48 dB / 0.8851.Kata kunci: citra udara, deep learning, super resolution ABSTRACTDisasters in Indonesia are dominated by hydrometeorological disasters, which cause large-scale damage. Through mapping, comprehensive handling can be done to help the analysis and subsequent action. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) can be used as an aerial mapping tool. However, due to the camera and image processing devices that do not meet specifications, the results are less informative. This research proposes Super Resolution on aerial imagery based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the DCSCN model. The model consists of Feature Extraction Network for extracting image features and Reconstruction Network for reconstructing images. DCSCN's performance is compared to CNN Super Resolution (SRCNN). Experiments were carried out on the Set5 dataset with scale factor values 2, 3, and 4. The SRCNN sequentially produced PSNR and SSIM values of 36.66dB / 0.9542, 32.75dB / 0.9090 and 30.49dB / 0.8628. DCSCN's performance increased to 37,614dB / 0.9588, 33.86dB / 0.9225 and 31.48dB / 0.8851.Keywords: aerial imagery, deep learning, super resolution
