Organic light emitting diode is a Solid state lighting devices, the charge transporters must be infused from the anode and cathode yet the execution, lifetime, effectiveness and solidness of these devices are normally administered by the correct thickness of the material layers and terminal/organic interfaces at the anode contacts. In this paper we exhibit a new approach using different thickness of organic material of emissive layer and hole injection layer in OLED. We could enhance the effectiveness of doping materials by framing exciplex improved OLED devices and concentrate their execution enhancement by utilizing different thickness. In this work different thickness of emission layer, ETL layer and HIL is taken and maximum luminous efficiency of different devices were observed

Nanoparticles of cadmium peroxide (CdO2) were immobilized in poly 2,2 bithiophene (PBTh) to build photoactive inorganic/organic interfaces (I/O/I). Studies indicated that the CdO2 initially immobilized in the organic polymer partially decomposed to a low band gap CdO. Therefore we refer to this mixture as CdO2/CdO. The CdO2/CdO/PBTh assemblies were subjected to optical and photoelectrochemical investigations in aqueous electrolytes containing acetate, nitrate, or phosphate. The equilibrium mixture of CdO2/CdO influenced the optical conductivity and dielectric contents of the assemblies. Furthermore, O2 played an important role in the charge separation and transfer processes. The effects of an applied magnetic field were investigated and reported. The results were explained on the basis of formation of hybrid sub-bands due to band alignments between the assembly components. The photo-induced charge generation of PBTh was improved by occlusion of CdO2 in the polymer as was evident by the greater photocurrent generated by CdO2/CdO/PBTh than that generated by PBTh.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of research on metals (M) deposited onto self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) is to understand the interactions between the metal and eventually metal oxide overlayers on well-ordered organic substrates. Applications of M/SAM and inorganic/SAM research results to the understanding of real inorganic/organic interfaces in vacuum and under environmental conditions can potentially play a key role in the development of advanced devices with stable interfacial properties. The results of selected M/SAM studies to date are reviewed, and MISAM combinations ranked according to reactivity and penetration. Specific examples of reactive interfaces (Cu/COOH, Cr/several groups) and nonreactive interfaces with penetration (Ag/CH3, Ag/COOH) are used to illustrate the extremes.
