White-light interferometric technique has been widely applied in the measurement of three-dimensional profiles and roughness with high-precision. Based on the characteristic of interferometric technique, a new method combined with image location and a three-dimensional stage is proposed to achieve the non-contact absolute shape measurement for aspheric and spherical surface in a slarge range. The interference fringes vary with the horizontal displacement of the measured surface, the surface information was obtained by locating the transformation of the maximal intensity in the interferograms. Two main influence factors are discussed; they are performance of the inerferimetric microscope and the stage. Since the performance of the stage directly determines the measurement precision, a three-dimensional displacement stage with a large range and a high precision was developed. Some experiments were carried out to verify the performance of the three-dimensional displacement stage and the validity of the new measurement method with satisfactory results.

Precision of filter rod circumference is an important performance index of the cigarette manufacturing. The forming mechanism of filter rod, equipment vibration and other interference factors all lead to fluctuations of precision of filter rod circumference which can affect the precision of the cigarette. The existing KDF2/3 filter rod making machine which has the characteristics of compact structure (small space dimension), high speed (300 m/min) and discrete control of precision of filter rod circumference is the core equipment of filter rod production. This paper puts forward four kinds of online real-time detection schemes on precision of filter rod circumference which are Aomeijia’s many groups of detectors scheme, Keyence’s contour detection scheme, high precision measuring diameter instrument detection scheme using multiple sets of KD series meter and the 360 degrees rotating survey meter. On the basis of extensive analysis and experimental validation, Aomeijia’s four-way diameter measuring instrument scheme is optimal. The scheme applies laser to non-contact high speed scan on key radial diameter size of filter rod which achieves 0.001mm high precision detection.

In this paper, a new polishing technique was proposed to polish concave spherical surface by diamond spherical shell deposited by DC-Plasma Jet CVD(chemical vapor deposition), and preparation was studied from both experiment and theory. The deposited films were investigated by some techniques including: scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atom force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy, and roughness-profile-meter, which were used to analyze surface phase, microstructure, internal quality and surface roughness. The results show that the deposited diamond spherical shell film has some remarkable properties, such as high surface density, high hardness. Compared to traditional polishing techniques, it will have some potential advantages as convenient, flexible, efficient and precious. To adjust some important parameters as methane concentration, depositing time, and it can deposit the different size grain diamond spherical shell films, which are used to polish different precision degree concave spherical surfaces. Meantime, to change curvature of diamond spherical shell, it can adapt to polish various curvature radius concave spherical surfaces.

The sptitching measuring method applied in large-aperture aspheric surface optical elements can expand the range of precision measuring instrument. And the key point is developing the technique for high precision measuring data processing. To deal with the problem of cumulative errors which existed in the process of multi-section stitching, datum-transformation method was proposed, according to the characteristic of stitching measurement. The stitching measuring experiments were carried out based on Talysurf PGI 1240 profilometer of Taylor Hobson Company to verify the purpose for eliminating cumulative errors. The results show that datum-transformation method is feasible with the characteristic such as fast speed, high precision, and good operability.
