In the current conditions of uncertainty and financial instability against the background of the coronavirus pandemic, small and medium-sized businesses are the most vulnerable. Entrepreneurssuffer huge losses, and the viability of many small businesses tends to zero due to the lack of internal reserves and unaffordable financial losses. The issue of state support for small and medium-size businesses, preferential lending and a number of other government measures aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in all affected areas remains acute. At the same time, the development (revision, reevaluation,re-orientation) of the internal functioning of small and medium-sized businesses, the implementation of competent management decisions that can support the enterprise in crisis conditions,becomes important. The purpose of implementing internal control in small and medium-size businesses is to avoid abrupt, disjointed, contradictory management decisions. The task of internal control is to ensure the consistency and expediency of management actions. Thus, the issues of organizing internal control of various economic life aspects for small and medium-size businesses are becoming relevant. The paper explains the need to implement an internal control system in difficult economic conditions in order to stabilize the financial position of an enterprise. The authors have studied some factors that hamper the implementation of the internal control system in small and medium-size businesses.

This paper deals with the integration and sea trials of Romeo, a latest generation ROV for scientific applications and robotics research, and ARAMIS, a scientific and technological system to be integrated with typical mid-class existing ROVs to carry out pelagic and benthic investigations both in shallow and deep waters. The ARAMIS project (Advanced ROV package for Automatic Mobile Inspection of Sediments), funded by the European Union, developed a system constituted by a subsea module, i.e. a toolsled equipped with the technological and scientific instruments and their dedicated data acquisition and control system, and a surface station, i.e. a network of computers devoted to: i) the supervisory control of the ROV motion and of the scientific devices' sampling activities, ii) the acoustic and video image processing, iii) the interfaces for pilot and scientists. The ARAMIS system capabilities have been demonstrated by operating the system with a couple of ROVs designed for scientific applications: the deep-water ROV Victor 6000 developed by IFREMER, and the mid-water ROV Romeo developed by CNR-IAN. The integration of the ARAMIS system with Romeo, the design and development of the ARAMIS Core Skid data acquisition and control system (CSDACS), and the execution of the trials in the thermal vent areas near the island of Milos in the Aegean Sea during the ARAMIS' final demo with the medium size ROV are presented and discussed.

This paper deals with an application of Genetic Algorithm (GA) tools in order to perform and optimize the settings phase of the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) data set for the endgame phase of a Kinetic Impactor (KI) targeting a medium-size Near Earth Object (NEO). A coupled optimization of the GNC settings and of the GC-oriented design of the Divert and Attitude Control System (DACS) is also proposed. The illustration of the developed principles is made considering the NEOShield study frame.

The research team from Control and Avionics Department of Rzeszow University of Technology (RUT) has been working on control systems for many types of flying objects for years. Experiences the team has had during their activity have helped create the control algorithms for a medium‐size flying target (MSFT). Researchers from RUT, together with the small aviation company EUROTECH, have been working on a flying target for artillery. This paper gives a generic view of the system, including airborne and on‐ground parts. But this paper mainly presents the control system that is mounted on the MSFT. The paper describes the generic conception of the control system of the flying target, including control laws used in the control system of the MSFT. Results of simulations and real flight data are also presented. Straipsnyje pateikiama bendra sistemos apžvalga, iskaitant skrendančias ir žemeje esančias dalis. Pagrindinis demesys straipsnyje skiriamas valdymo sistemai, sumontuotai skrendančiame taikinyje. Pateikiama bendra skrendančio taikinio valdymo sistemos koncepcija, iskaitant valdymo desnius, taikomus skrendančio taikinio valdymo sistemoje. Taip pat pateikiami modeliavimo ir reali u skrydžiu rezultatai.

Rapid thermal cycle injection molding technology with electric heating is a kind of widely-used and high-end injection molding technology; it can raise quality of plastic parts without reducing injection molding production efficiency. In the key technology of rapid thermal cycle injection molding with electric heating, the temperature control is the core technology. In this paper, we mainly design the temperature control system of small and medium size rapid thermal cycle injection molding with electric heating. First, give the temperature control parameters of mold, design the temperature control scheme , select type of PLC and design software of human-computer interface; second, the hardware, software, temperature control algorithm and human-computer interface of temperature control system are designed detailed; last, the temperature control system is simulated.

The Time Domain

A numerical method and a program for the computation of the time responses of any complex multiloop control system are described in principle. The control systems are represented by block diagrams which are formed by the linear and nonlinear blocks well known in control engi neering. The properties of these blocks are given by simple relations between input and output signals in the time domain at discrete and equal intervals. Any number of input signals may be fed into the system at any point of the system. Initial conditions may be treated in a simple way like input signals. The input signals and weighting functions may be arbitrary time functions or impulse func tions given in analytical or numerical form. There is no need for special treatment of algebraic loops and of se quencing. The mathematical method is especially suited for programming an electronic digital computer. The simulation program makes the work on the digital computer very easy. It computes the signals as functions of time at all points of the system. Several examples of linear systems were simulated on a Siemens-2002 with favorable results. Among others, a medium-size control system was simulated on this relatively slow computer in 3.2 minutes (compared to a real time of 26 minutes) and with more accuracy than on a medium-size analog com puter.

To satisfy the requirement of short delivery time, this paper proposes subway (light rail transport) as vehicle for city delivery and express. With the convenient service, it will improve the efficiency of city logistics and promote the development of e-commerce. The system can effectively avoid the congestion of trucks on road, reduce fuel consumption and reduce the damage to the environment for the subway is driven by electricity. The automated warehouse management system is proposed in this paper, which is built on Siemenss SIMATIC S7 PLC control system and SQL database, and is designed for small and medium-size cargo to make transportation efficient and timely.
