n order to detect anomalies and improve the quality of forecasting dynamic data flows observed from sensors in Industrial Control System (ACS)., it is proposed to use a predictive mod-ule consisting of a series-connected digital signal processing unit (DSP) and a predictive unit using a neural network (predictive autoencoder ( Auto Encoder), predictive Autoencoder (PAE)). The study showed that the preliminary DSP block of the predicted input signal, consisting of a parallel set (comb) of digital low-pass filters with finite impulse responses (FIR-LPF), leads to a non-equilibrium account of the correlation relationships of the time samples of the input signal and to increase the accuracy of the final prediction result. The predicted autoencoder (PAE) pro-posed and considered in the work, in addition to restoring the input signal or part of the input signal at the PAE output, also generates the predicted samples of the input signal for the speci-fied number of «forward» time steps at the output, which increases the accuracy of the predic-tion result. The reduction of the forecast error occurs due to the imposition of restrictions in the formation of the forecast, that is, an additional requirement to restore the input samples of the samples – «stabilizers» at the NS output. The introduction of «stabilizers» increases the accuracy of the prediction result.

Everyone has a different kind of voice. Based on gender, voice type is divided into six parts, namely soprano, mezzo soprano, and alto for women; and tenor, baritone, and bass in men. Each type of sound has a different range and with different frequencies. This study classified the type of voice in women using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method by recording the voices of each user which would then be processed using the FFT method to obtain the appropriate sound range. This research got results with an accuracy of up to 80%.The results obtained from this study are quite appropriate and it is proven that the FFT method can be used in digital signal processing.

Одним из важных направлений исследования в области искусственного интеллекта можно назвать методы оптимизации, в том числе стохастические алгоритмы. Данная технология используется для решения различных задач во многих областях деятельности. Целью приведенного в статье исследования является улучшение обучения нейронной сети методом генетического алгоритма путем фильтрации входных данных с использованием технологии цифровой обработки сигналов. В качестве входных данных взяты биржевые котировки. Нейронная сеть представляет собой совокупность слоев нейронов, где каждый нейрон является функцией от суммы входных сигналов, умноженных на коэффициенты. В данной статье используется сигмовидная передаточная функция. Для улучшения качества обучения входные данные подвергаются фильтрации. В обзорной части рассмотрен технический анализ, метод автоматической регрессии и применение нейронных сетей. Выдвинута и проверена гипотеза возможности улучшения качества обучения нейронной сети за счет подавления шума в исходных данных с использованием методов ЦОС. Проверена гипотеза зависимости качества обучения нейронной сети от статистических характеристик выборки. Рассмотрен метод фильтрации биржевых котировок с использованием скользящей средней и медианной фильтрации. Приведены результаты эксперимента и численная оценка качества обучения, а также статистических характеристик выборки, тем самым подтверждена зависимость между статистическими характеристиками выборки и качеством обучения нейронной сети. Подтверждено положительное влияние предварительной фильтрации данных на качество обучения нейронной сети.
