Traditional electronic commerce (e-commerce) is facing a bottleneck because it cannot provide enough direct information about products to online consumers. The technology presented in this paper shows how Augmented Reality (AR) can be used to overcome the bottleneck and enhance e-commerce systems. The study also considers some key implementation issues. An AR e-commerce assistant system was developed, as an Internet plugin, which can be used on different kinds of computers and handheld devices when using the User-Centered Design method. Finally, a usability experiment was designed and a pilot test was also conducted, to compare the AR e-commerce assistant with traditional e-commerce and Virtual Reality (VR) e-commerce systems, and to verify that the AR e-commerce approach can be used to provide more direct information to online consumers. Results show that an AR e-commerce e-commerce system can provide more direct information about products than traditional or VR e-commerce systems.

Companies can have competitive advantage if their products are developed with the help of users and their practice in mind. Product development needs to include user views in the design [1] as the changes to product proposals in design stage needs less effort and time and has major influence on later stages. User-centered design methods have been proposed and implemented. Virtual reality technology has been developed to support these design methods. Advances in virtual reality technologies help realize virtually not only the products but the environment in which they can be used and the actors who use them. This research aims at investigating the eco-design methods and the technology supporting them. A huge challenge in eco-design is to make clear the environmental potential of products for both the engineer and the user. The paper deals with the use of virtual reality technology to see how it can help both designer and user in design and assessment of product and its use to reduce environmental impact. Different studies are reported in literature [2], [3], and [4] but do not address the environmental properties. The paper reviews the literature to propose the requirements of a user-centered eco-design method and investigates the potential benefits of the holographic technology for this purpose.

One of chemistry is the chemical element that is represented by the symbol on the periodic table. The low level of activity, interest, and the result of chemistry learning in school is caused by the students generally having difficulty in solving problems related to chemical reactions. In addition, most of the chemical concepts are abstract so it is difficult to imagine the structure of molecules clearly. Augmented Reality can integrate digital elements with the real world in real time and follow the circumstances surrounding environment. Augmented Reality can provide a new more interactive concept in the learning process because users can directly interact naturally. By using Augmented Reality, the atoms in the periodic table will be scanned using a camera from an Android-based smartphone that has installed this app. The scan results are then compared with existing data and will show the molecular structure in three-dimensional form. Users can also observe reactions between atoms by combining multiple markers simultaneously. Augmented Reality application is built using the concept of user-centered design and Unity with personal license as development tools. By using this app, studying chemical reactions no longer requires a variety of chemicals that could be harmful to users.

PT.Murni Alam Sehat is one of company sell medical device and medicine by prescription or without doctor’s prescription. The problem in marketing department in this company do not have promotion media for offer the products to consumer, no online sell, and order only by phone. To solve the problem in marketing department is build up e-commerce system. E-commerce system use Unifed Modelling Languange (UML); Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. User Centered Design (UCD) as design method. Program language for e-commerce system is PHP and MySQL for database. The result of research is a e-commerce system website base to help search information product, company could get report easier, consumer can do purchase by online everywhere and everytime.
