This research addresses the issues to identify the optimal product configuration and its parameters based on the requirements of customers on performance and costs of products in one-of-a-kind production (OKP) environment. In this work, variations of product configurations and parameters in an OKP product family are modeled by an AND-OR tree and parameters of the nodes in this tree. Different product configurations with different parameters are evaluated by performance and cost measures. These evaluation measures are converted into comparable customer satisfaction indices using the non-linear relations between the evaluation measures and the customer satisfaction indices. The optimal product configuration and its parameters with the maximum overall customer satisfaction index are identified by genetic programming and constrained optimization.

The evolution of the product family is the essential driving force for the development of a complex product. Only customer satisfaction is emphasized in the traditional module configuration methods, which is not beneficial for product family evolution that is due to non-customer factors such as the emergence of new technology. In this study, the intuitionistic fuzzy number is employed to quantify the degree of correlation between each module and configuration targets, namely customer satisfaction and the degree of evolution of the product family, respectively. The bi-objective integer programming model is constructed by maximizing the degree of customer satisfaction and product family evolution. An improved Pareto ant colony optimization (P-ACO) is designed to solve this model and subsequently the Pareto frontier is obtained. The radar chart is adopted to represent the performance of each configuration scheme in the Pareto frontier. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are expounded by a case study and result comparison, showing that this method can provide a more competitive product configuration scheme to customers in the future market.

This study aimed to analyze the customer experience seen from the level of actual performance and the level of importance of services provided by internet service providers PT. XYZ in Makassar City. Variables and attributes issued by TM Forum GB 912 consisting of Customer Management, Fulfillment, Assurance, and Billing, are used to analyze the performance provided by customer service in the field. The analysis technique will be carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index consisting of quadrant analysis and gap analysis used to investigate customer satisfaction and identify variables whose performance is deemed to need improvement. Data were collected using a platform-based questionnaire application from 100 respondents selected using random sampling techniques. The results showed that customers were satisfied with the performance and quality of services provided. The customer satisfaction index value obtained by CSI analysis shows a value of 82.006%. In conclusion, that the Fulfillment variable is a service variable that is considered the most important customer and requires improvement because its performance is still relatively low. While the variables considered good and need to be maintained are the Billing variable. Other service variables are sorted based on priority of improvement in a row, namely Fulfillment, Customer Management, and Assurance.

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung, Indonesia This study evaluates the effect of service quality on the service users’ utilization in the Ocean Fisheries Port (OFP) of Bitung, Indonesia. It employed 3 quantitative methods,Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis and Gap Analysis. From 14 services, there were 13 services categorized as satisfactory services. It means that Ocean Fisheries Port of Bitung has performed well in most of its functions. The unsatisfactory one was clean water service. To increase the users’ level of satisfaction in the OFP of Bitung, improvement needs to be done in the services of ship arrival and departure document preparation, fishing vessel log book inspection, recommendation for subsidized fuel use, fish catch certification, port hygiene, entrance ticket, information building rental, electricity, clean water supply, equipment rental, and mooring.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh. The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance, product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority, namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

As a major health referral centre, the hospital demanded to provide comprehensive services provided by a multi-disciplinary team according to the needs of patient. In the expansion of a growing number of hospitals in Yogyakarta especially Sleman area where retreat acquire customers even more stringent, it is necessary to increase the quality of services. There are five determinants of service quality namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Collecting data is done by observation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents, and Importance-Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index are used to determine satisfaction level of outpatients. As a results, six out of twenty attributes need improvement, namely: a) The condition of the hospital is clean, comfortable and tidy; b) Guidance and information boards poly is easy to see and read; c) The ease and accuracy of obtaining information for patients (referrals, lab results, etc.); d) The hospital staff has a quick response to the needs of patients; e) Attention physicians in managing patients and willingness to provide a particular time for consultation; and f) The prescribed medication is suitable and safe. It is known that the value of CSI by 76% means the service is not satisfied the patient.
