Abstract The paper illustrates a fundamentally different approach applied to Blade Tip-Timing analysis in the background of works performed through the long history of this method. New innovative approach is based on the precise separation of measured data that was published in previous works. In this respect, the construction of the signal profile is intended for fast and accurate definition of the regulation function served to expression of the complete speed fluctuation and its instabilities. Following, the presented signal profile is demonstrated on four variants of data processing in two significantly different operations, where it allows the application of a one-step approach. Finally, these results are also compared with a two-step method used in previous cases without the signal profile. The benefit of the suggested procedure of the signal profile calculation is evident in the possibility of processing more complex functions in deterministic methods without limiting the characteristic advantages of these methods.

The article discusses the process of a national innovation system (NIS) concept developing as a scientific category, which originates from the late 1980s, when the model of linear mass production was predominant. The paper notes that the linear model of production has ceased to be relevant as the economies of countries grow and develop, and innovation and qualitatively new products and R & D come first among the key factors for the success of economic development. Particular attention is paid to the features of the study of the national innovation system at the level of theoretical understanding by various scientific circles, organizations and institutions. The author also notes the process of forming a systems approach in the field of innovation. The author identifies the concepts of concepts of national innovation systems formed by such scientists as K. Freeman, R. Nelson, B. Lundvall, etc. The author has identified key issues in the history of the study of NIS, on the basis of which it is possible to identify the main contradictions in the process of studying various concepts of NIS by various scientists, and explain the missing fragments for a more accurate definition of the concept of NIS and a better understanding of how it works today. The author relates to such problems, as the ambiguity of the origin of the concept of NIS, the presence of NIS in all countries, excessive theorization and ambiguity of the interpretation of NIS in the scientific literature.

Abstract Background The incidence of congenital bronchoesophageal fistulas in adults is rare. Most fistulas discovered in adulthood are often small and can be repaired with a simple one-step method. Case presentation A 46-year-old female patient complained of a 2-month history of chocking, coughing, and a 12 kg drop in weight. The bronchofiberscopy and gastroscopy showed a large fistula, which extended from the esophagus to the main bronchus on both sides, thus forming a special three-way channel which has never been reported. This case was challenging both to the anesthetists and surgeons. The patient was intubated with a sengstaken-blakemore tube, and then received segmental esophageal resection, anastomotic reconstruction, and double-flap repair with esophagus segment in situ. Conclusion When the fistula in BEF is large or complicated, appropriate surgical methods should be meticulously designed according to the condition of the patient. The problem of anesthesia intubation should be solved first, to allow a smooth operation. Secondly, a double-layer repair of the airway fistula by using esophageal wall tissues as patch materials is proposed.

The term ultimate resolution or resolving power is the very best performance that can be obtained from a scanning electron microscope (SEM) given the optimum instrumental conditions and sample. However, as it relates to SEM users, the conventional definitions of this figure are ambiguous. The numbers quoted for the resolution of an instrument are not only theoretically derived, but are also verified through the direct measurement of images on micrographs. However, the samples commonly used for this purpose are specifically optimized for the measurement of instrument resolution and are most often not typical of the sample used in practical applications.SEM RESOLUTION. Some instruments resolve better than others either due to engineering design or other reasons. There is no definitively accurate definition of how to quantify instrument resolution and its measurement in the SEM.

The aim of the research is a retrospective analysis of the history and stages of development of digital land reclamation in Russia, the definition of «Digital land reclamation» and trends in its further development. In the framework of the retrospective analysis the main stages of melioration formation are determined. To achieve the maximum effect of the «digital reclamation» requires full cooperation of practical experience and scientific potential accumulated throughout the history of the reclamation complex, and the latest achievements of science and technology, which is currently possible only through the full digitalization of reclamation activities. The introduction of «digital reclamation» will achieve greater potential and effect in the modernization of the reclamation industry in the «hightech industry», through the use of innovative developments and optimal management decisions.

The article has as its object the elucidation of the history of the Vyshnivetsky Castle Library, definition of the content of its fund, its historical and cultural significance, correlation of the founder of the Library Mychailo Servaty Vyshnivetsky with the Book.The Vyshnivetsky Castle Library was formed in the Ukrainian historical region of Volyn’, in the Vyshnivets town – “family nest” of the old Ukrainian noble family of the Vyshnivetskies under the “Korybut” coat of arm. The founder of the Library was Prince Mychailo Servaty Vyshnivetsky (1680–1744) – Grand Hetman and Grand Chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilno Voievoda. He was a politician, an erudite and great bibliophile. In the 30th–40th of the 18th century the main Prince’s residence Vyshnivets became an important centre of magnate’s culture in Rich Pospolyta. M. S. Vyshnivetsky’s contemporaries from the noble class and clergy knew quite well about his library and really appreciated it. According to historical documents 5 periods are defined in the Library’s history. In the historical sources the first place is occupied by old-printed books of Library collection and 7 Library manuscript catalogues dating from 1745 up to the 1835 which give information about quantity and topical structures of Library collection.The Library is a historical and cultural symbol of the Enlightenment epoch. The Enlightenment and those particular concepts and cultural images pertaining to that epoch had their effect on the formation of Library’s fund. Its main features are as follow: comprehensive nature of the stock, predominance of French eighteenth century editions, presence of academic books and editions on orientalistics as well as works of the ideologues of the Enlightenment and new kinds of literature, which generated as a result of this movement – encyclopaedias, encyclopaedian dictionaries, almanacs, etc. Besides the universal nature of its stock books on history, social and political thought, fiction were dominating.The reconstruction of the history of Vyshnivetsky’s Library, the historical analysis of the provenances in its editions give us better understanding of the personality of its owners and in some cases their philanthropic activities, and a better ability to identify the role of this Library in the culture life of society in a certain epoch.

Sin embargo en cada caso se siguieron estrategias heurísticas específicamente distintas a la hora de conceptualizar dicho sujeto relacional: Heidegger propuso una superación de la noción de “sujeto fenomenológico” en Husserl; Zubiri, en cambio, defendería una recuperación de la noción de “sujeto fenomenológico” en Husserl; por su parte, Apel propondría una reformulación semióticamente transformada del “Dasein” heideggeriano; finalmente, Polo propondría una reformulación gnoseológica de la noción de “Dasein” heideggeriano.Heidegger, Zubiri, Apel, and Polo have proposed a more accurate definition of the respective notions of human relational subject: “Dasein” or “being-there”; “Personhood” or “open essence”; “inter-subjectivity” or “entities’ appeal to diverse interlocutors”; and, finally, “nucleus-person” or “mediator between entities and being”. The aim is to avoid a return to Kant’s transcendental subject paradoxes and Hegel’s “absolute I” or Husserl´s “fenomenological subject”. But in each case specifically different heuristic strategies were followed when conceptualizing said relational subject: Heidegger proposed overcoming the notion of “phenomenological subject” in Husserl; Zubiri, however, defend the recovery of the notion of “phenomenological subject” in Husserl; meanwhile, Apel propose a transformed semiotically reformulation of Heidegger’s “Dasein”; finally, Polo propose a reformulation of the epistemological notion of Heidegger’s “Dasein”.

Towards Open Graphical Tool-Building Framework Nowadays, there are many frameworks for developing domain-specific tools. However, if we want to create a really sophisticated tool with specific functionality requirements, it is not always an easy task to do. Although tool-building platforms offer some means for extending the tool functionality and accessing it from external applications, it usually requires a deep understanding of various technical implementation details. In this paper we try to go one step closer to a really open graphical tool-building framework that would allow both to change the behavior of the tool and to access the tool from the outside easily. We start by defining a specialization of metamodels which is a great and powerful facility itself. Then we go on and show how this can be applied in the field of graphical domain-specific tool building. The approach is demonstrated on an example of a subset of UML activity diagrams. The benefits of the approach are also clearly indicated. These include a natural and intuitive definition of tools, a strict logic/presentation separation and the openness for extensions as well as for external applications.

Date of «birth» of phytosociology (phytocenology) is considered to be 1910, when at the third International Botanical Congress in Brussels adopted the definition of plant association in the wording Including Flaó and K. Schröter (Flahault, Schröter, 1910; Alexandrov, 1969). The centenary of this momentous event in the history of phytocenology devoted to the 46th edition of the Yearbook «Braun-Blanquetia», which began to emerge in 1984 in Camerino (Italy) and it has a task to publish large geobotanical works. During the years of the publication of the Yearbook on its pages were published twice work of the Russian scientists — «The steppes of Mongolia» (Z. V. Karamysheva, V. N. Khramtsov. Vol. 17. 1995), and «Classification of continental hemiboreal forests of Northern Asia» (N. B. Ermakov in collaboration with English colleagues and J. Dring, J. Rodwell. Vol. 28. 2000).

The article deals with the love of Zygmunt Krasiński to Delfina Potocka. The point of departure is the poet's definition of love as looking and reads Krasiński's relationship with his beloved in the context of two phenomena that fascinated him at the time: daguerreotype and magnetism. The invention of the daguerreotype in which the history of photography and spiritism comes together becomes a pretext for the formulation of a new concept of love and the loving subject. In the era of painting the woman was treated as a passive object of the male gaze; photography reverses this scheme of power. Love ceases to be a static relationship of the subject in love and the passive object – the beloved. The philosophy of developing photographs (and invoking phantoms) allows Krasiński - the writing subject to become like a light-sensitive material that reveals the image of the beloved.

The effect of dynamic curing of PP/EPDM blends with sulfur and thiuram disulfide systems on their mechanical properties was studied. The results were interpreted using the knowledge of the formation of phase structure in the blends during their melt mixing. It was shown, that a sufficiently slow curing reaction is necessary if a high impact strength is to be obtained. Only in such case, a fine and homogeneous dispersion of elastomer can be formed, which is the necessary condition for high impact strength of the blend. Using an inhibitor of curing in the system and a one-step method of dynamic curing leads to an increase in impact strength of blends. From the comparison of shear modulus and impact strength values, it follows that, at the stiffness, the dynamically cured blends have higher impact strength than the uncured ones.
