Following Part 1 of this work, which discussed the theory behind the design of an Enhanced Quality Evaluation System (EQES), Part 2 addresses the construction of the rule base which classifies how the transfer function of the process has changed and also details the least squares algorithms used to estimate the magnitude and time of occurrence of the change. An example showing how EQES could be used to improve the quality of a turning process is given. Also shown are results of a physical experiment which used EQES to monitor changes in force signals from an end milling process.

A quality evaluation system is presented which gives enhanced information about the nature of quality changes in continuous manufacturing processes. The system monitors a quality characteristic of the process via stochastic time series models and detects shifts in the process mean, variance, and dynamic parameters. A rule base classifies the type of change that occurred, and change magnitude and time of occurrence are estimated. Part 1 of the work addresses the theoretical issues concerning the statistics used by the rule base and their behavior under various process changes. The characteristics of the cusum chart, autocorrelation chart, and Chi-Square test are derived with respect to each of the possible change mechanisms.

This study aims at investigating the difference between attitude towards the construction of quality monitoring system on linguistic landscape of Chinese tourism, and the current situation on regional special linguistic landscape program. By analyzing the degree of participation in serving for improvement the quality of local linguistic landscape, this survey carries out quantitative analysis of attitude research on constructing the benchmark indicators, program management, process control and quality evaluation; explores a sustainable development mode on linguistic landscape assessment for national tourism; promotes the formulation, implementation and promotion of the quality monitoring system on linguistic landscape tourism from 520 feedbacks of respondents. And the objectives of this research were to 1) to investigate the attitudes towards social influence and implementation of series of Standards and Guidance for English Translation and Usage in Public Service(2017-2019); 2) to study the factors that influence different attitudes and opinions; 3) to explore quality evaluation system of linguistic landscape, and promote linguistic landscape evaluation indicators and modes. The conclusion is that the governments should construct the common understanding of program mode and collaborative development on quality monitoring system.

The teaching quality is the core of sustainable development in colleges and universities. The constructing scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system is the key of teaching quality evaluation. This paper takes the quality of graduates as the core content, establishes a results-oriented teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities, and finds that the academic level of graduates and the level of competition in career selection are two quantitative dimensions reflecting the quality of graduates. Based on this, this paper establishes the evaluation model of the developmental potential index and gives the reference of the norm of teaching effect evaluation for self-evaluation. Finally, this paper discusses the components of graduate quality and the way to construct the evaluation system.

Due to the particularity of the artificial intelligence major and the machine learning courses learned, the traditional course teaching model is not suitable for artificial intelligence major machine learning courses. Based on this background, this article proposes a new system based on machine learning curriculum teaching reform. It mainly includes the reform of curriculum teaching mode, curriculum practice reform, and teaching process reform. In order to verify the effect of the proposed new model on the teaching quality of machine learning courses, this article also proposes an evaluation method based on intelligent technology. Firstly, the feasibility of evaluation based on intelligent technology is described. Secondly, it lists the application details of the existing teaching evaluation based on intelligent technology. Finally, a novel teaching quality evaluation system based on intelligent technology is proposed. The system collects student facial expression data and uses classification algorithms to make classification decisions on the data. The result of the decision can give feedback on the quality of classroom teaching. The comparison of experiments based on different intelligent technologies shows that the teaching quality evaluation system proposed in this article is feasible and effective.

This paper establishes quality evaluation systems ofcomplete sets of equipment for water treatmentbased on defining the notion and analyzing the development and characteristic of water treatment equipment industry andcomplete sets of equipment. 24 unit operations and corresponding equipment in water treatment were chosen and determined as independent devices ofcomplete sets of equipment for water treatment. Four-layer, which is destination layer, criterion layer, feature layer and index layer, of quality evaluation system are established. 26 quality items are selected according to wastewater treatment practice and some national & industrial standard. Evaluation index describes what index is needed to evaluate quality ofcomplete sets of equipment for water treatment. Evaluation methodology describes how to conduct evaluation of selected indexes. Evaluation rule describes when and in what condition the evaluation was conducted. This work will standardize product quality ofcomplete sets of equipment for water treatmentand promote healthy development of environmental protection equipment industry.

The quality of elbow flowmeter is important to its application accuracy. This paper described the digital quality evaluating method for elbow flowmeter which based on the analysis of elbow flowmeter’s theory, construction, working condition, and fault characteristics. In the method, we applied the concept of static quality, dynamic quality and used quality index to show the quality condition of flowmeter precisely. The fuzzy math theory, finite element analysis technology and online detection technology were used in our method. The digital quality evaluation system can get more accurate testing values, more stable dynamic performance and faster fault diagnosing for flowmeter .

How to evaluate the teaching quality of Chinese teacher objectively is an important subject of each university. In view of the shortage of classroom teaching quality evaluation, AHP model is introduced to evaluate the quality of TCFL, and an Chinese teaching quality evaluation system is established. Based on the evaluation content and standard of the system, combined with the the principle of AHP and expert investigation method, a judgment matrix is established, and the weight of each index to the total target is calculated. The comprehensive weight of each index and evaluation object score are multiplied, through a series of calculation, the teachers comprehensive scores can be obtained so as to evaluate the teaching quality. The results show that it is very scientific and objective to evaluate Chinese classroom teaching quality by using AHP model, it is a feasible evaluation method and has higher application value.

Construction project quality evaluation system from lean construction perspective in this paper can effectively improve the current situation.
