In a two-part paper [1,2], Ray and Halevi reported modeling of Integrated Communication and Control Systems (ICCS). Varying and distributed delays are introduced in the control system due to asynchronous time-division multiplexing in the communication network. This correspondence illustrates the relationship of Ray and Halevi’s approach to that of Kalman and Bertram [3] under nonsynchronous sampling.

This paper presents statistical analysis of delays in Integrated Communication and Control System (ICCS) networks [1–4] that are based on asynchronous time-division multiplexing. The models are obtained in closed form for analyzing control systems with randomly varying delays. The results of this research are applicable to ICCS design for complex dynamical processes like advanced aircraft and spacecraft, autonomous manufacturing plants, and chemical and processing plants.

Utilizing Quadcopter were still many obstacles such as; plane easy to fall; the battery is not durable; vulnerable to weather conditions and others. The research and development has grown to improve aircraft facilities and capabilities. Many parameters related to aircraft lift capability factors; fly long; flying high; type of motor; the type of propeller: including the sensors and control systems used. This study was to find the relationship between changes in the BLDC motor voltage source to the rotor angle velocity <em>(ω)</em>; rotor speed to rotor lift <em>(Ft)</em>;  wind speed to rotor lift; push the following rotor <em>(Ct)</em>. Empirical testing was conducted in the laboratory to find the relationship of these parameters. The results data show that; the lift power generated with rotational speed was not proportional, non linearity occurs when the rotor was released from the self and starts pulling the strain gauge when the rotation speed reaches around 65 <em>rps</em>. Once the rotation speed of the rotor is able to reach up to 1.5 Newton lift then the thrust rising trend sharply<strong> </strong>increasing <strong>to</strong>increasing <strong>of </strong>the rotor speed. A motor hade 1200 <em>KV</em> and blade with a radius of 0.12 <em>m</em>, then obtained thrust <em>(Ct)</em> of 1.732.

Computer networking is a reliable and efficient means for communications between disparate and distributed components in complex dynamical processes like advanced aircraft, spacecraft, and autonomous manufacturing plants. The role of Integrated Communication and Control Systems (ICCS) is to coordinate and perform interrelated functions, ranging from real-time multi-loop control to information display and routine maintenance support. In ICCS, a feedback control loop is closed via the common communication channel which multiplexes digital data from the sensor to the controller and from the controller to the actuator along with the data traffic from other loops and management functions. Due to the asynchronous time-division multiplexing of the network protocol, time-varying and possibly stochastic delays are introduced in the control system, which degrade the system dynamic performance and are a source of potential instability. The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, the delayed control system is represented by a finite-dimensional, time-varying, discrete-time model which is less complex than the existing continuous-time models for time-varying delays; this approach allows for simpler schemes for analysis and simulation of ICCS. The second part of the paper addresses ICCS design considerations and presents simulation results for certain operational scenarios of ICCS.

Networking in Integrated Communication and Control Systems (ICCS) introduces randomly varying delays which degrade the system dynamic performance and are a source of potential instability. In Part I [1] of this sequence of papers we developed a discrete-time, finite-dimensional model of the delayed control system for analysis and design of ICCS where the sensor and controller have identical sampling rates. In Part II [2] we proposed two alternative approaches for ICCS design, namely, identical and nonidentical sampling rates for sensor and controller. This Part III presents extended modeling of ICCS for nonidentical sensor and controller sampling rates. This model is also suitable for analyzing tracking problems, i.e., control systems with time-dependent reference inputs.

Management control system is one tool to implement strategies that can motivate all members of the organization to be able to achieve the goal. One of the important characteristics in applying management control system is the application of accountancy accounting. Accountability is based on the idea that a manager must be held accountable for his own achievements and achievements of his subordinates. Performance measurement and control systems are tools used by managers that are effective in achieving the expected goals and strategies. The Mathematical Model

To solve the problem of detecting the permeability of the textile machinery, a dedicated test system has been developed based on the pressure difference measuring method. The established system has a number of advantages including simple, fast and accurate. The mathematical model of influencing factors for permeability is derived based on fluid theory, and the relationship of these parameters is achieved. Further investigations are directed towards the inherent characteristics of the control system. Based on the established model and measuring features, an information fusion based clustering control system is proposed to implement the measurement. Using this mechanical structure, a PID control system and a cluster control system have been developed. Simulation and experimental tests are carried out to examine the performance of the established system. It is noted that the clustering method has a high dynamic performance and control accuracy. This cluster fusion control method has been successfully utilized in powder metallurgy collar permeability testing.

Introduction. It is important to have models that adequately describe the relationship between the integral indicators of the functioning of the system with the particular indicators of the lower levels of management in complex control systems, in particular in RSChS. Traditional approaches based on normative models often turn out to be untenable due to the impossibility of covering all aspects of the functioning of such systems, as well as due to the high variability of the environment and the values of the set of target indicators. Recently, adaptive machine-learning models have proven to be productive, allowing build stable and adequate models, one of the variants of which is artificial neural networks (ANN), based on the solution of inverse problems using expert estimates. The relevance of the study lies in the development of compact models that allow assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of complex multi-level control systems (RSChS) in emergency situations, developing according to complex scenarios, in which emergencies of various types can occur simultaneously. Goals and objectives. The purpose of the article is to build and test the technology for creating compact models that are adequate to the system of indicators of the functioning of hierarchically organized control systems. This goal gives rise to the task of choosing tools for constructing the necessary models and sources of initial data. Methods. The research tools include methods for analyzing hierarchical systems, mathematical statistics, machine learning methods of ANN, simulation modeling, expert assessment methods, software systems for processing statistical data. The research is based on materials from domestic and foreign publications. Results and discussion. The proposed technology for constructing a neural network model of the effectiveness of the functioning of complex hierarchical systems provides a basis for constructing dynamic models of this type, which make it possible to distribute limited financial and other resources during the operation of the system according to a complex scenario of emergency response. Conclusion. The paper presents the results of solving the problem of constructing an ANN and its corresponding nonlinear function, reflecting the relationship between the performance indicators of the lower levels of the hierarchical control system (RSChS) with the upper level. The neural network model constructed in this way can be used in the decision support system for resource management in the context of complex scenarios for the development of emergency situations. The use of expert assessments as an information basis makes it possible to take into account numerous target indicators, which are extremely difficult to take into account in other ways. <strong><em>Naval base as one of the integral components of the SSAT is the spearhead of power in carrying out support for the tasks of the operating units both in peacetime and during war. In carrying out its duties the Navy has an Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) which is the integration of strength of the capabilities of the KRI, Aircraft, Marines and Naval base components. To find out the professional level of the soldier, it is necessary to hold a Test of Combat Naval Base Task Force in order to realize, maintain and improve the skills of both individuals and groups, which in turn will increase the establishment of Operational Command and Control, Operational Procedures and the establishment of mastery of appropriate techniques and tactics. With the implementation of the test, it is expected to know about Naval Base Combat Readiness, a condition where the base can carry out its main tasks. Combat Duty Rehearsal is an exercise carried out by KRI or base to maintain the ability and professionalism of soldiers both programmed and programmed. This study aims to determine whether the relationship of human resource readiness influences the professional abilities of the Naval Base on west coast.</em></strong>
