Rancangan pembelajaran yang baik diperlukan untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang berkualiti tinggi. Rancangan ini dikembangkan berdasarkan anggapan bahawa suasana pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran yang berbeza memerlukan kaedah yang berbeza. Penekanan Sistem Hasil Pembelajaran (PBH) mencorakkan reka bentuk, pembinaan, penyampaian dan pendokumentasian pengajaran dan pembelajaran sejajar dengan hasil–hasil pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan boleh meningkat dan mempertahankan kualiti pembelajaran. Pengukuran kefahaman pelajar telah dijalankan menggunakan soalan kaji selidik dengan kaedah skala Likert berasaskan Kuantiti–Kualiti–Peningkatan (KKP) di mana mengukur kuantiti dan kualiti pembelajaran pelajar serta peningkatan kefahaman adalah relatif kepada hasil pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. Maklumat yang didapati dari kaji selidik KKP dapat memaparkan keberkesanan Pendidikan Berasaskan Hasil (PBH) dalam peningkatan kefahaman pelajar. Gabungan analisis kriteria–kriteria lain seperti hubungan HPP dan HPK dapat memberikan sumber yang bermanfaat bagi menentukan keberkesanan penetapan dan penambahbaikan dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran keseluruhan. Kata kunci: Pendidikan berasaskan hasil (PBH); hasil pembelajaran kursus; hasil pembelajaran program; proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran; pengukuran hasil pembelajaran A good learning programme is essential in achieving high quality education. A learning programme is developed based on different learning outcomes and environment which in turn require different learning methods. Outcome Based–Education (OBE) form the design, constructions, communication and learning, and teaching documentation to be in line with the defined outcomes to enhance and maintain learning quality in this study. Students’ learning was determined in a survey using a Likert scale with current designed to measure students enhancement in predetermined learning outcomes quantitatively as well as qualitatively. The outcome results show the effectiveness of the OBE in enhancing the student understanding. Further analysis involving other criteria such as course and programme outcomes may provide feedback to improve the curriculum, teaching and learning activities generally. <p class="apa">Much attention is now given on producing quality graduates. Therefore, outcome-based education (OBE) in teaching and learning is now being implemented in Malaysia at all levels of education especially at higher education institutions. For implementing OBE, the design of curriculum and courses should be based on specified outcomes. Thus, the challenge for the assessment is that it should be capable of measuring whether intended outcomes have been achieved or not. Likely, by assisting lecturer in preparing examination paper that aligns with the specified outcomes is something that can help to ensure the implementation of OBE. Hence, this paper describes the development of a tool for generating question examination paper based on learning outcomes, called Learning Outcome-based Question Examination paper Tool (LoQET). LoQET is proposed for assisting lecturer in Universiti Putra Malaysia for preparing examination paper based on programme outcomes and learning outcomes set in the teaching plan and assessment entries.</p>

Student learning motivation is one aspect to obtain good learning outcomes. With good learning outcomes, the application of the knowledge gained will be useful for students. the current application of the system of teaching in an evening class Raharja university been computerized for the submission of learned, but it had not been optimal and efficient because of teaching materials that can not be obtained from anywhere and at anytime as well as teaching and learning activities and discussions carried out only in the class so that students tend to be saturated and show the emotional symptoms such as lack of zeal in carrying out lectures, so that suggests a self learning disabilities in students. learning difficulties allegedly closely associated with the motivation to learn owned. Thus the need for a new learning method is applied so that students can termotiviasi and efficiency in learning. In this study the application of the system of learning that will be used is to utilize Rinfo in the adoption of Gmail and iMe in the adoption of Wordpress so that lessons learned are easily digested and fun and will make students more motivated to learn determination of students to be more active. Liveliness characterized by the activity of the post and comment on the iMe so that it can be measured with a dashboard on the front page of an iMe Class which will be a medium for decision support lecturers to give the value of the assignment to students. for the research method used is qualitative, to examine the population or sample data collection using research instruments, analysis of quantitative data which will then be tested for validity and reliability so that we can conclude effect of the use Rinfo and iMe in increasing motivation and efficiency of learning in students. This study aims to apply the Think Pair Share (TPS) Method to improve the learning outcomes of science in class VIII A students at SMPN 4 Tapung Hilir. Learning outcomes give a very important role for students in improving achievement to be more beneficial. Learning outcomes can be seen from cognitive abilities, affective, psychomotor. This research uses classroom action research methods. The research instrument consisted of tests and non-tests. the results of research and discussion shows the Think Pair Share method can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects. This can be seen in cycle I students who reached 82% while students who did not complete reached 18% and the Think Pair Share method can also increase student enthusiasm in learning so that the classroom atmosphere when teaching and learning process becomes more lively. It is recommended to science teachers who will try the TPS method by adding variations and do not make the achievement of teaching materials and time as the main benchmark but make student understanding as the main goal of the success of group discussions and other researchers can investigate further with deeper discussion for example in the field other studies or other levels of education.

Learning System in Indonesia is carried out with a face-to-face system, teaching and learning activities are carried out in schools in one room. The widespread pandemic of the covid 19 virus made the Ministry of Education and Culture take a policy to conduct online school activities to prevent the transmission of the disease virus. Online learning does not all have to be done using Zoom or similar applications. It is also necessary that applications that schools can manage and uniformize their use so that teachers can quickly fill out materials and tasks. The learning system carried out in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo is considered less effective, affecting learning outcomes. The application created is an application that can help the learning and teaching process in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Learning media is expected to help facilitate the absorption of the material and the delivery of lesson content to increase students' motivation to learn and understand it anywhere and anytime. The method used is the Research and Development method. As a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product where the object of research in the study is a Student at SmK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The purpose of the study is to help increase students' learning motivation in times of pandemics.

This article introduces some ideas about using internet classrooms to enrich the experience of those learning and teaching politics. It draws and reflects upon my three-year experience of using internet classrooms to teach politics in optional and compulsory politics undergraduate modules, providing critical evaluation of the successes and problems involved. Much of what the article discusses can be applied to most, if not all, politics modules and will be useful to those wishing to use new technologies to support active learning strategies in their undergraduate teaching. The article is based on personal experience and student evaluations, rather than any rigorous research of learning outcomes. As such, I do not set out to prove that using internet classrooms has pedagogical advantages over using only traditional methods, and I am not arguing a case for or against using either.

The role of the teacher in classroom management is very important to create a quality learning atmosphere. In principle, the teacher holds two main tasks, namely teaching and classroom management. Teachers as professional educators have a very complex role, not limited to learning activities, teachers also serve as administrators, evaluators, counselors. Management is an art of getting everything done through other people. A good learning process will minimize the possibility of failures and mistakes in learning. It is important for teachers to have the ability to create good teaching and learning conditions and to achieve optimal levels of effectiveness in instructional activities for classroom management skills.The purpose of this research is to prove whether or not there is a relationship between structuring student learning situations and learning outcomes of Islamic education. To achieve the research objectives, a quantitative approach with correlation is used. To obtain accurate research information, the research instrument used was a checklist scale and a document on student learning outcomes. Then the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis and product moment formula. The results of this study explain 5% of 0.250 from a 1% confidence interval of 0.325, with N = 60, and the value of rxy = 1.26. So the results of the research analysis explain that there is a relationship between structuring student learning situations and learning outcomes of Islamic education at MI Nurul Huda Kapongan Situbondo. As for students who use structuring learning situations that are good will get better results than students who do not use structuring learning situations that are not good, of course it will affect the results of these students' learning skills, so that they get unsatisfactory results.     Peran guru dalam pengelolaan kelas sangat penting untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang berkualitas, secara prinsip, guru memegang dua tugas pokok, yakni pengajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik profesional memiliki peran yang sangat kompleks, tidak terbatas pada kegiatan pembelajaran, guru juga bertugas sebagai administrator, evaluator, konselor. Manajemen merupakan suatu seni untuk mendapatkan segala sesuatu dilakukan melalui orang lain. Proses pembelajaran yang baik akan meminimalkan kemungkinan terjadinya kegagalan serta kesalahan dalam pembelajaran. Guru penting memiliki kemampuan menciptakan kondisi belajar mengajar yang baik dan untuk mencapai tingkat efektivitas yang optimal dalam kegiatan instruksional kemampuan pengelolaan kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara penataan situasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar pendidikan Islam. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka digunakanlah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan korelasi. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang tepat penelitian instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah skala ceklis dan dokumen tes hasil belajar siswa. Kemudia data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik dan rumus produk moment. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan 5% sebesar 0,250 dari interval kepercayaan 1% sebesar 0,325, dengan N=60, dan nilai rxy = 1,26. Maka dari hasil analisi penelitian menjelaskan terdapat hubungan antara penataan situasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar pendidikan Agama Islam di MI Nurul Huda Kapongan Situbondo. Adapun siswa yang menggunakan penataan situasi belajar yang baik akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan penataan situasi belajar yang tidak baik, tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil kecakapan belajar siswa tersebut, sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang tidak memuaskan.

Background: Learning outcomes are changes in student behavior due to learning. Behavior change is caused by achieving mastery over a number of materials given in the teaching and learning process. These results can be in the form of changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 1 Kairatu on the excretion system in humans which is taught by applying the inquiry learning model combined with the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model. Method: The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. In this study, tests were given at the beginning and end of learning aimed to determine the level of student understanding of the material excretory system in humans. Non-test techniques in the form of affective assessment sheets and psychomotor assessment sheets. Results: Students' understanding of material in the Excretion System in humans prior to the implementation of the inquiry learning model combined with the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model is very low but, when integrating these two learning models there are many changes in student understanding that can be seen from their learning outcomes. Conclusion: There is an increase in student learning outcomes after conducting the teaching and learning process by using the inquiry learning model that is integrated with the POE (Predict-Observe- Explain) learning model on excretory material in humans

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a science learning outcomes in Operation Count Fraction In Problem Solving in Elementary School fourth grade Sumur 03, Subdistrict Cluwak, Pati. In the first semester of the school year 2016/2017 This research is a classroom action research to solve the problem of whether the approach CTL can improve student learning outcomes. PTK lasted until 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of (1) planning, (2) actions, (3) of observation, and (4) reflection. The fourth connection is regarded as one cycle. Collection and use of technical documentation, observation and testing, data collection tools such as document journal learning, observation sheets and test items. Data analysis using descriptive comparative by comparing baseline data of the first cycle and the second cycle data followed by reflection. The study of 18 students learning the standard minimum value of 65, which means that students who have reached a value above 65 otherwise been completed. Furthermore, students who achieve a value of less than or equal to 65 otherwise unresolved in learning and need to get improvements in learning. From the research results at the end of the lesson formative tests turned out of 18 students who achieve grades above completeness only 8 students, if diprosentase students who otherwise completed only 35%. So unresolved reached 65%. The conclusion of the research approach CTL can improve the quality of student learning outcomes of the Mathematics of Operations Troubleshooting Count Fraction in fourth grade elementary school Sumur 03, District Cluwak, Pati regency, through the medium of learning and teaching.

The teaching and learning process needs to be done well and directed. Good quality of learning will certainly produce good learning outcomes. The learning process at SMK Al-Huda, South Lampung is still done through face-to-face. For this reason, Al-Huda Vocational School needs to develop an online learning system to facilitate teachers in sharing material, assignments and conducting examinations. And can facilitate students in obtaining material, collecting assignments and doing exam questions. The design of this system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and usecase diagrams. The results of testing the system using the blackbox method involved 8 respondents and the results showed that the system built was in accordance with user requirements and could run very well.

This research paper demonstrates untraditional learning and teaching method that is developed from combination of experimentation, usage of computer simulations and problem based learning. Taking all previously mentioned methods together there can be created very successful learning environment which provides students to master electromagnetism more effectively. Research focuses on proper use of data acquisition modules and computer simulations in PBL teaching method. Based on the results of the research experimental PBL in various cases provides better learning outcomes, but there are also a few occasions where the results aren’t so pleasing. Overall PBL provides results that are at least as promising as results of other teaching and learning methods. Therefore this method will be utilized in Liepaja University to teach physics, especially electromagnetism.
