AbstractIn all countries, the organic sector of the agricultural industry is increasing, with Europe traditionally leading this trend. A survey of different stakeholders (employers) was carried out in 2015 in seven European countries to evaluate the employment market for the organic agricultural industry in Europe. Results indicate the willingness to employ qualified graduates. From the employers' perspective, the most desirable knowledge skills among the graduates of organic agricultural studies include plant production, food quality and plant protection. Further, the study revealed the work skills most desired by the employers are practical expertise, teamwork and problem-solving, and the most important method of learning is cooperation with enterprises (internships/training) in the organic agricultural sector.

The National Agricultural Policy (NAP) 1 1984-1991, NAP 2 1992-1997, NAP 3 1998-2010, is a government transformation in enhancing national economic development, developing agricultural sector and improving food quality. The objective of this study is to survey the sources of agricultural legislation in the Islamic perspective. The methodology of this study uses the design of data analysis studies collected through a descriptive approach with a combination of qualitative approaches and analyzes texts documents such as official reports, circulars, annual reports, department reports, financial plans, agency reports, and transcript. The findings show that the source of Islamic agricultural legislation is to abolish dharar, highlight the concept of al-falah wa al-khusran, create the concept of al-khalifah, avoid all forms of al-israf wastage, emphasizes the concept of awlawiyah in improving food quality and national income, emphasizes the food nutrition and clean diet. The implications of the study suggest that the adoption of Islamic agricultural policies on specialized agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry should be given due attention to the development of agriculture in Islam and the development of farmers in undertaking improvement efforts on management and administration in line with Islamic law.   Dasar Pertanian Negara (DPN) 1 1984-1991, DPN 2 1992-1997, DPN 3 1998-2010, merupakan satu transformasi kerajaan dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi negara, membangunkan sektor pertanian dan meningkatkan kualiti makanan negara. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji sumber perundangan pertanian mengikut perspektif Islam. Metodologi kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian analisis data-data yang dikumpulkan melalui pendekatan deskriptif dengan gabungan pendekatan kualitatif serta menganalisis teks termasuk menganalisis dokumen-dokumen seperti laporan-laporan rasmi, surat pekeliling, laporan tahunan, laporan jabatan, rancangan kewangan, laporan agensi, dan transkrip. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa sumber perundangan pertanian Islam ialah menghapuskan dharar, mengetengahkan konsep al-falah wa al-khusran, mewujudkan konsep al-khalifah, mengelakkan segala bentuk al-israf iaitu pembaziran, menekankan konsep awlawiyyah dalam meningkatkan kualiti makanan dan pendapatan negara, menekankan produk pemakanan yang halal dan bersih. Implikasi kajian mencadangkan penerapan dasar pertanian Islam ke atas agensi yang terlibat khusus seperti Kementerian Pertanian & Industri Asas Tani harus diberi perhatian berkaitan pembangunan pertanian dalam Islam dan pembangunan petani dalam melakukan usaha penambahbaikan ke atas pengurusan dan pentadbiran sejajar dengan hukum syarak.

Abstract The article presents the importance of economic and social responsibility of the brewing industry, pointing to the aspect of synergy related to the brewing industry in the processes of economic development (creation of many jobs in the agricultural sector, retail trade and gastronomy), stimulating specific areas of local and regional development. The principles of organization and supervision of food quality and safety in beer brewing as well as the importance of implementing management systems in the activity of brewing industry companies were presented.

In this competitive environment, organizations strive to satisfy their customer by providing best quality service at affordable and fair prices with a view to enhance their revenues. To achieve the objective of revenue maximization, organizations strive to identify the factors that help them in retaining their customers. Drawing from the signalling theory of marketing, the current study proposes a novel conceptual model representing the impact of service quality with food quality and price fairness on customer retention in restaurant sector of Pakistan. The paper underlines an important arena of knowledge for academicians as well as organizational scientists on the subject. On the basis of literature available on the variables understudy, the present study forwards eight research propositions worthy of urgent scholarly attention. The conceptualized model of the present article can also be viewed significant in unleashing further avenues for the restaurant management entities, policy makers and future researchers in the domain of managing in the service sector businesses.

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the dynamics of fiscal policy and the performance of the agricultural sector, (2) Analyze the factors that influence fiscal policy and the performance                   of the agricultural sector, and (3) Analyzing the impact of fiscal policy on the performance of the agricultural sector. The data used in this study were pooled 2005-2013 data in the aggregate. Econometric model the impact of fiscal policy on the performance of the agricultural sector is built in the form of simultaneous equations, consisting of 7 equations with 25 total variables in the model, 7 endogenous variables, 12 exogenous variables, and 6 variables lag. The model is estimated by 2SLS method SYSLIN procedures and historical simulation with SIMNLIN procedure.The results showed that: (1) The development of fiscal policy in Southeast Sulawesi from year to year tends to increase, (2) The performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect of GDP has decreased, from the aspect of labor is still consistent, in terms of investment to grow positively, and assign roles which means to decrease the number of poor people, (3) factors affecting fiscal policy is local revenues, equalization funds, other revenues, as well as the lag fiscal policy, (4) the factors that affect the performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect GDP is labor, direct expenditure and GDP lag; from the aspect of labor is the total labor force, investment, land area, direct expenditure, as well as the lag of labor; from the aspect of investment is influenced by GDP per capita, land area, interest rates and investment lag; as well as from the aspect of poor people, are affected by population, investments, direct expenditure and poverty lag, (5). Fiscal policy impact on the agricultural sector GDP increase, a decrease in the number of poor, declining agricultural laborers, and a decrease in the amount of investment in the agricultural sector.Keywords: Fiscal policy, the performance of the agricultural sector, the simultaneous equations
