The saline aerosols generated in gaseous media, as nanodispersions, behave, with respect to the concentration levels and the lifespan, as trimodal distributions (the three domains with Gaussian distributions: fine or Aitken under 50 �m, medium between 50 and 500 mm and, respectively, coarse or large between 500 and 1000 mm). The generation in latent state is dependent on the active surface of the source (number of generator centres, the size and position of the fluorescences, the porosity, size and shape of the source, etc.), the climatic parameters, but also on a series of other characteristics of the gaseous medium. Our team has demonstrated experimentally that saline aerosols, NaCl type, besides the ability to prevent and treat broncho-respiratory and cardiac conditions, through coassistance of saline aerosols of other cations than sodium, and of the iodine anion, have for certain levels of concentrations propitious effects over the immune, bone and muscular systems. Similarly proved has been the positive influence on the development of children, as well the determinant role in increasing athletic performance and of other human subjects performing intense activities.

This study explores how professional athletes perceive sports journalists and the role of the media. They acknowledge that communication with journalists is an essential part of their profession and appreciate the verified information, knowledge, and dutiful preparation. They consider the main role of media as monitorial. In some cases, they cast doubt on journalists’ ability to evaluate athletic performance accurately, and they are also critical of errors in interviews, however they acknowledgethat there are good, and possibly excellent journalists as well.

Aerobics is a beautiful and rhythmic sport. In recent years, aerobics has developed rapidly, and has become one of the essential courses of physical education in Colleges and universities. But the existing aerobics courses in Colleges and universities are less involved in the training process of action strength. Lack of strength quality is a common shortcoming of Aerobics Athletes in Colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the methods and means of action strength training in aerobics training. According to the characteristics of competitive aerobics, combined with the traditional training strategy of action strength, this paper formulates the method of action strength training suitable for College Aerobics athletes. In order to further verify the effectiveness of this method, this paper takes a university aerobics team as an experimental sample to carry out a comparative analysis of the effect of action strength training. Relevant studies have proved that core strength training has the following effects on aerobics players: 1. Helps the calisthenics team member stabilize the trunk, improve the body's control ability and balance ability. 2. It is conducive to completing difficult movements of calisthenics with high efficiency and low energy consumption. 3. Helps the aerobics team member to enhance the special strength. 4. It can effectively prevent sports injuries. 5. It can improve the direction change and displacement speed of the body. 6. It can improve the energy output of the core strength to the limbs and other muscle groups during movement, so that the movement can be completed more perfectly.According to the results of the experiment, the explosive force and endurance of the experimental group after 8 weeks of training have been significantly improved, and formed a more obvious difference with the control group. The aerobics training method developed in this paper can be divided into two stages: the initial stage and the middle stage, which can better meet the students with different physical qualities. At the end of this paper, a fast strength training method is introduced, and the characteristics of different training methods are analyzed.

Abstract Background and Aims Individuals living with CKD are characterised by adverse changes in physical function. Knowledge of the factors that mediate impairments in physical functioning is crucial for developing effective interventions that preserve mobility and future independence. Mechanical muscle power describes the rate of performing work and is the product of muscular force and velocity of contraction. Muscle power has been shown to have stronger associations with functional limitations and mortality than sarcopenia in older adults. In CKD, the role of mechanical muscle power is poorly understood and is overlooked as a target in many rehabilitation programmes, often at the expense of muscle mass or strength. The aims of this study were to 1) explore the prevalence of low absolute mechanical power, low relative mechanical power, and low specific mechanical power in CKD; and 2) investigate the association of mechanical power with the ability to complete activities of daily living and physical performance. Method Mechanical muscle power (relative, allometric, specific) was calculated using the sit-to-stand-5 (STS5) test as per previously validated equations. Legs lean mass was derived from regional analyses conducted using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). Physical performance was assessed using two objective tests: usual gait speed and the ‘time-up-and-go’ (TUAG) test. Self-reported activities of daily living (ADLs) were assessed via the Duke Activity Status Index (DASI). Balance and postural stability (postural sway and velocity) was assessed using a FysioMeter. Sex-specific tertiles were used to determine low, medium and high levels of relative STS power and its main components. Results 102 participants with non-dialysis CKD were included (mean age: 62.0 (±14.1) years, n=49 males (48%), mean eGFR: 38.0 (±21.5) ml.min.1.73m2). The mean estimated relative power was 3.1 (±1.5) W.kg in females and 3.3 (±1.3) W.kg in males. Low relative power was found in 35/102 (34%) patients. Relative power was a significant independent predictor of self-reported ADLs (via the DASI) (B=.413, P=.004), and performance on the TUAG (B=-.719, P<.001) and gait speed (B=.404, P=.003) tests. Skeletal muscle mass was not associated with the DASI or any of the objective function tests Conclusion Patients presenting with low muscle power would benefit from participation in appropriate interventions designed to improve the physiological components accounting for low relative muscle power. Assessment of power can be used to tailor renal rehabilitation programmes as shown in Figure 1. Incorporation of power-based training, a novel type of strength training, designed by manipulating traditional strength training variables and primarily movement velocity and training intensity may present the best strategy for improving physical function in CKD.
