The concept of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy sets (FNIFSs) is designed to effectively depict uncertain information in decision making problems which fundamental characteristic of the FNIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are depicted with triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs). The dual Hamy mean (DHM) operator gets good performance in the process of information aggregation due to its ability to capturing the interrelationships among aggregated values. In this paper, we used the dual Hamy mean (DHM) operator and dual weighted Hamy mean (WDHM) operator with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (FNIFNs) to propose the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy dual Hamy mean (FNIFDHM) operator and fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy weighted dual Hamy mean (FNIFWDHM) operator. Then the MADM methods are proposed along with these operators. In the end, we utilize an applicable example for computer network security evaluation to prove the proposed methods.

In this chapter a new concept named Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiset is introduced, which is an attempt to combine the two concepts: Intuitionistic Fuzzy sets and Fuzzy Multisets. The basic operations and their various properties are discussed. The authors discussed two significant applications of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multisets. Most of human reasoning involves the use of variables whose values are fuzzy sets. This is the basis for the concept of a linguistic variable. But in some situations like decision making problems, the description by a linguistic variable in terms of membership function only is not adequate. There is chance of existing a non-null complement. There are situations that each element has different membership values. In such situations Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multisets is more adequate. Here the authors present Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multisets as a tool for reasoning such a situation through a medical diagnosis problem. As the second application, accuracy of Collaborative Robots using the concept of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiset is discussed.

As an important branch of multi-sensor information fusion, image fusion has been applied in many areas. During the past years, many algorithms have been proposed to solve the fusion issue. However, research on the objective performance evaluation of image fusion is relatively less. Basic methods for image fusion evaluation usually include subjective evaluations and objective evaluations. The evaluation of fused images is regarded as multi-attribute decision-make problem, thus a novel synthesis approach using grey intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed. The proposed approach constructs the membership function and non-membership function by the grey correlation degree, thus the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are established. The results show that the proposed approach has better performance.

Since proposed by Zadeh in 1965, ordinary fuzzy sets help us to model uncertainty and developed many types such as type 2 fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy, hesitant fuzzy etc. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets include both membership and non-membership functions for their each element. Ranking of a number is to identify a relationship of scalar quantity between these numbers. Ranking of fuzzy numbers play an important role in modeling problems such as fuzzy decision making, fuzzy linear programming problems. In this study, a new ranking method for triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed. The method based on the incircle of the membership function and non-membership function of TIFN uses lexicographical order to rank intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Two examples are provided to illustrate the applicability of the method. Also, a comparative study is performed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. The results indicate that proposed method is consistent with other methods in the literature. Also, the method overcomes the problems such as numbers being very small or close to each other.

<p>The concept of a neutrosophic set, which is a generalization of an intuitionistic fuzzy set and a para consistent set etc., was introduced by F. Smarandache. Since then, it has been studied in various applications. In considering a generalization of the neutrosophic set, Mohseni Takallo et al. used the interval valued fuzzy set as the indeterminate membership function because interval valued fuzzy set is a generalization of a fuzzy set, and introduced the notion of MBJ-neutrosophic sets, and then they applied it to BCK/BCI-algebras. The aim of this paper is to apply the concept of MBJ-neutrosophic sets to a $ BE $-algebra, which is a generalization of a BCK-algebra. The notions of MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebras and MBJ-neutrosophic filters of $ BE $-algebras are introduced and related properties are investigated. The conditions under which the MBJ-neutrosophic set can be a MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebra/filter are searched. Characterizations of MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebras and MBJ-neutrosophic filters are considered. The relationship between an MBJ-neutrosophic subalgebra and an MBJ-neutrosophic filter is established.</p>

This Paper intends to introduce the notion of prime ideals of Intuitionistic fuzzy normed Rings and to establish basic properties related to it. It investigates these notions and shown anew Result using intuinistic fuzzy points and non membership function incorparating with t-norm and s-norm to show aome results of fuzzy prime ideal.
