Industry 4.0 is an integration between automation and manufacturing industry which requires the use of information technology to implement it. In the operational management framework, there is a supply chain management function that is strongly influenced by quality suppliers. Because choosing a quality new supplier is not an easy thing, we need a reliable application tool and utilizing web-based artificial intelligence technology for the selection of suppliers in the manufacturing industry. The selection of new suppliers is a complex problem because it involves multiple criteria, therefore it is necessary to make a decision support system that is able to complete supplier selection properly. Although the selection of suppliers in the manufacturing industry is not new, in the era of Industry 4.0, a decision support system that is used to choose an absolute supplier based online that must be accessible via the web or mobile application. Therefore the writer's idea in this paper is very relevant to be implemented in the manufacturing industry in all fields in the industrial era 4.0.

In recent years, the cloud computing model has gained increasing attention and popularity in the field of information technology. For this reason, people are migrating their applications to public, private, or hybrid cloud environments. Many cloud vendors offer similar features with varying costs, so an appropriate choice will be the key to guraranteeing comparatively low operational costs for an organization. The motivation for this work is the necessity to select an appropriate cloud storage provider offering for the migration of applications with less cost and high performance. However, the selection of a suitable cloud storage provider is a complex problem that entails various technical and organizational aspects. In this research, a dynamic Decision Support System (DSS) for selection of an appropriate cloud storage provider is proposed. A web-based application is implemented using PHP and MySQL to facilitate decision makers. The proposed mechanism has been optimized in a way that enables the system to address static database issues for which a user might not acquire the best solution. It focuses on comparing and ranking cloud storage providers by using two modules: scraping and parsing. The evaluation of the proposed system is carried out with appropriate test cases and compared with existing tools and frameworks.

Culinary efforts, especially ethnic and traditional snacks attract many people to Indonesia. Maintaining the quality of snacks for consumers requires a good packaging technique. Food packaging consists of a wide variety of packaging options that match the characteristics of each snack; this is no easy task. Decision support systems can help to facilitate decisions made regarding selection of the right packaging. This paper focuses on identifying snacks, types of packaging and active packaging parameters to build a decision support system in order to determine appropriate packaging. Types of packaging are determined using fuzzy Sugeno 4 parameters: fat, water activity, shelf-life and price. Active packaging of the snacks is done using the if-else rule with parameterised types of packaging, preservatives, oxygen barriers and water vapour barriers. The end result of this research is a web-based decision support system, which recommends types of packaging and active packaging for snacks.

Smartphones are already a must-have communication technology to make it easier to live your daily life. However, with so many choices can make consumers confused in determining the appropriate choice. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the simple process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in smartphone selection recommendations with a wide range of attributes. In the case of this study, the results were obtained that the Realme X3 Superzoom smartphone scored the highest preference with a value of 22. With this research, it is hoped that this decision support system can help potential consumers to more easily consider in the selection of smartphones that suit their wishes or needs

AbstrakPemilihan program keahlian bagi siswa SMK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan siswa terhadap bakat dan minat serta kemampuan siswa tersebut. Tetapi sebagian besar siswa masih kebingunan ketika diberikan pilihan program keahlian. Bahkan siswa memilih program keahlian dengan cara ikut-ikutan dengan teman-temannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu media untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan dalam memilih program keahlian. Supaya hasil pemilohan program keahlian yang dilakukan siswa melalui sistem lebih obyektif dan berkeadilan diusulkan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Desain penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem pemilihan program keahlian dibuat dengan berbasis web. In order that the results of the piloting of the expertise program carried out by students objectively and equitable system, it is proposed to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Tarung Derajat is a martial art that has existed for a long time in Indonesia. Someone who wants to be an Tarung Derajat athlete must participate in the athlete selection. So far there is no system that facilitates the selection of Tarung Derajat athletes so that the selection process is more time-consuming, prone to error and nepotism. To prevent this, in this study built a decision support system using PROMETHEE method to assist the Tarung Derajat athletes selection process. This decision support system is built with web-based programming using PHP programming language and MySQL database. With success rate up to 90,66% in usability test, can be concluded that Decision Support System of Tarung Derajat Athletes Selection can support the athletes selection process.

Abstrack:Chili is one type of plant that is widely planted by the community. Chili becomes a vegetable that has high economic value. However, farmers still use traditional methods in determining the chili seeds to be planted. Just as farmers choose chili seeds based only on chili seeds at a low price, so it is less able to overcome various pests that allow yields to fall. Of course this will have an impact on the lack of sale prices of crops. to carry out a research process by applying technology that can increase the yield of chilli crops through the application of a Decision Support System. The method used is the MOORA method which is one of the methods of a decision support system. Through the application of this method, researchers will compare each type of chilli seedlings based on criteria that will determine which chili is said to be superior. So that it will produce an information about the types of superior chili seeds based on all the existing criteria. Through the creation of a web-based system / application for the selection of superior chilli seedlings, farmers in Indonesia have broad access to take advantage of the results of future research making it easier for farmers to know which chili seeds are superior.The results of this study obtained the most superior chili with the highest value of 0.469, namely large red chilies. So what is the result of the recommendation for the implementation of this MOORA method is large red chili. Keywords:Decision Support System; MOORA Method; Chili Seed  Abstrak: Cabai merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak ditanam masyarakat. Cabai menjadi sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Akan tetapi petani masih meng-gunakan cara tradisional dalam menentukan bibit cabai yang akan ditanam. Seperti halnya petani memilih bibit cabai hanya berdasarkan bibit cabai dengan harga yang murah, sehingga hal tersebut kurang mampu mengatasi berbagai hama yang memungkinkan hasil panen menjadi turun. Tentu hal tersebut akan berdampak pada kurangnya harga jual hasil panen. untuk melakukan proses penelitian dengan menerapkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman cabai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode MOORA  yang merupakan salah satu metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan. Melalui penerapan metode ini, peneliti akan membandingkan setiap jenis bibit cabai ber-dasarkan kriteria yang akan menentukan suatu cabai dikatakan unggul. Sehingga hal tersebut akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi tentang jenis bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan semua kriteria yang ada. Melalui pembuatan sistem/aplikasi berbasis web untuk pemilihan bibit cabai unggul ini, maka para petani di Indonesia memiliki akses luas untuk memanfaatkan hasil penelitian nantinya sehingga memudahkan para petani mengetahui bibit cabai yang unggul. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil cabai yang paling unggul dengan nilai tertinggi 0,469 yaitu cabai merah besar. Kata Kunci:Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Metode MOORA;Bibit Cabai

Each year thousands of prospective students attend new student enrollment in universities, which each prospective student have determined the courses that wish to be studied in college. Most of prospective student choose the courses only based on the number of enthusiasts and wishes of parents, and are not based on their academic ability. The impact of this phenomenon is that many of the prospective students chosen to switch courses and not a few of them have been punished dropout. This problem can be solved through the creation of decision support system that has an ability to suggest suitable courses to be selected by the prospective student based on their academic ability. This decision support system solved the problem using the method of elimination et choix tranduit la realite which is presented in web-based application to raise the accessibility by the prospective student.

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo.
