Creative thinking skills are the main foundation that needs to be applied among Youth MPs. These thinking skills will help APBM formulate the proposals for debate before being appointed as a youth development policy. In accordance with PBM which serves as a medium for youth leaders to get involved in the process of forming youth development policy. This study uses an in-depth interview method involving 9 informants representing 9 PBM Committees. APBM's creative thinking skills process consists of nine themes namely; knowledge, understanding issues, framework building, information gathering, spirituality, information enlightenment, understanding/clarity of issues, production of proposals, and review of motions. As a result, APBM is able to formulate proposals to be debated in the PBM conference.

In this article, we discuss the origins, epistemology, and forms of Yarning as derived from the literature, and its use in research and clinical contexts. Drawing on three Yarns, the article addresses the extent to which non-Indigenous researchers and clinicians rightfully use and adapt this information-gathering method, or alternatively, may engage in yet another form of what can be described as post-colonialist behavior. Furthermore, we argue that while non-Indigenous researchers can use Yarning as an interview technique, this does not necessarily mean they engage in Indigenous methodologies. As we note, respectfully interviewing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples can be a challenge for non-Indigenous researchers. The difficulties go beyond differences in language to reveal radically different expectations about how relationships shape information giving. Yarning as a method for addressing cross-cultural clinical and research differences goes some way to ameliorating these barriers, but also highlights the post-colonial tensions.

By addition of analytical equipment, scanning transmission accessories and data processing equipment the basic transmission electron microscope (TEM) has evolved into a comprehensive information gathering system. This extension has led to increased complexity of the instrument as compared with the straightforward imaging microscope, since in general new information capacity has required the addition of new control hardware. The increased operational complexity is reflected in a proliferation of knobs and buttons.In the conventional electron microscope design the operating panel of the instrument has distinct control elements to alter optical conditions of the microscope column in different modes. As a consequence a multiplicity of control functions has been inevitable. Examples of this are the three pairs of focus and magnification controls needed for TEM imaging, diffraction patterns, and STEM images.

Background : flavor enhancing food additives are often added as a flavor enhancer known as MSG that exceed the dose . if the addition of the additive is often done to cause dependence , so it will pose a health hazard to the consumer , such as stomach disorders, allergies , hypertension , asthma , cancer , diabetes , and lower intelligence. Most housewives do not know the information would adversely affect health. Objective : This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of the use of monosodium glutamate ( MSG ) housewife in backwoods village sauleya timbuseng Polongbangkeng northern districts Kab.Takalar. Methods : This is a descriptive study. samples are all housewives in the hamlet village sauleya timbuseng Polongbangkeng northern districts Kab. Takalar , who meet the criteria as much as 49 people . Data on the use MSG knowledge samples obtained by the interview method which uses a questionnaire instrument.the data presented in the from of frequency distribution graphic and narrative. Result : Results of research on the use of knowledge MSG housewives generally less category as many as 25 ( 51.0 % ) , use of MSG housewives generally can not be tolerated as many as 36 ( 73.5 % ). Conclusion : Knowledge of the use of MSG housewife classified as less and use MSG can not be tolerated.

Актуальность. Перспективным направлением в терапии ишемических процессов является фармакологическая регуляция ренин-ангиотензиновая система (РАС), а также изучение возможности восстановления нарушенной гемодинамики глаза путем местного применения ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента (АПФ). Цель. Изучить возможность восстановления нарушенной гемодинамики глаза путем местного применения ингибиторов АПФ. Материал и методы. В работе было задействовано 15 кроликов. Для создания экспериментальной модели ишемии глаза кроликам проводили субконъюнктивальную инъекцию в каждый глаз по 0,2 мл сосудосуживающего препарата Мезатон. Для количественной оценки степени ишемии применяли метод офтальмоплетизмографии (ОПГ).Проводили однократную инстилляцию раствора эналаприлата (1,25мг/мл) в OD -опытный глаз, в контрольный глаз (OS) - фосфатный буфер. ОПГ на всех этапах эксперимента проводили одновременно на обоих глазах животных до субконъюктивальной инъекции и каждые 60 мин после, в течение 180 мин. Осуществляли взятие внутриглазной жидкости (ВГЖ) из передней камеры обоих глаз. В образцах ВГЖ определяли уровень активности АПФ по начальным скоростям гидролиза субстрата Cbz-Phe-His-Leu. Результаты. В результате уровень минутный объем кровотока (МОК) опытного глаза под влиянием инстилляций ингибитора АПФ в интервале от 60 до 180 мин превышал значения МОК в контрольном глазу без лечения на 15-42%. Также после инстилляция эналаприлата достоверно снижаласьактивность АПФ (р<0,01) на 50% и 75% относительно контрольных значений. Выводы. Увеличение глазного кровотока на фоне ишемии и снижение активности АПФ в ВГЖ свидетельствует о противоишемическом действии ингибитора АПФ, что указывает на способность ингибитора преодолевать тканевые барьеры роговицы и оказывать влияние на локальную ренин-ангиотензиновую систему глаза.
