This projects aims to provide an information system to search for the important address in Padang. The important address in Padang still use the phone book (yellow  pages),  but  not  everyone can  use and  have it.  In  the  search  for  the important address in Padang, not everyone has a mobile phone that can access the internet and if using a mobile phone, it will need the charge. As well as in the search for important addresses in Padang, not everyone can call the operator, and call the operator also takes the charge. Because of that problem, this application created with no internet service, so it does not cost money. This mobile application system can provide information such as text display with detailed  address  and  phone  numbers  and  addresses  an  important  route  in Padang. The starting address point is from Padang’s Market because a lot of public transport with the important addresses major roads in Padang is passing along this way. The mobile application comes with a list of important address like Mosques, Hospitals, Hotels, Universities and Government Offices which contain such as info address, phone number and the address route to search the important address for the application’s user. Petugas kesehatan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari rumah sakit rujukan dan kantong darah untuk transfusi karena belum tersedianya sistem informasi ruang rawat di rumah sakit dan informasi stok darah PMI yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses dengan “one click”. Adanya solusi dengan aplikasi siDarurat yang merupakan sistem informasi ketersediaan ruang rawat dan ketersediaan darah berbasis website yang dapat diakses melalui personal computer, handphone, dan android. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi persepsi pengguna dalam penerapan sistem informasi ketersediaan ruang rawat dan ketersediaan darah di rumah sakit kabupaten pekalongan. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif sederhana dengan rancangan penelitian  cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 42 responden dengan cara purposive sampling yang merupakan dokter, perawat, bidan, analis baik dirumah sakit maupun puskesmas serta masyarakat. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil sebagian besar 84% responden menyatakan tampilan atau user interface dari website sidarurat.com sangat bagus dan penggunaan bahasa mudah difahami, 86% responden menyatakan informasi tentang kesediaan ruang rawat dan ketersediaan darah dibutuhkan sehari-hari serta mudah diakses dari handphone atau tablet, 80% responden menyatakan data yang tersaji dalam website sidarurat.com akurat dan sesuai dengan harapan. Simpulan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna website sidarurat.com tampilan sangat bagus, bahasanya mudah difahami, informasinya dibutuhkan sehari-hari, mudah diakses dari handphone dan tablet, serta akurat dan sesuai dengan harapan. Kata Kunci : evaluation of information system, sidarurat, user  perseption Evaluation of The Perception of The User in The Application of Information Systems and Rooming Space Availability Availability of Blood in Hospitals Background: health care professionals often experience in finding reffereal hospital and blood for transfusion due to unavailibility of integrated information system at the ward in the hospital and information of blood stock at Indonesian blood bank  which is easily to access with one click. SiDarurat application is an information system of the availibility of bed in the ward and blood with the websites based which can be access through personal computer, handphone, and android. Purpose: to evaluate the perception of the user in the implementation of bed and blood availibility information system at the hospital in pekalongan region. Method: this study is quantitative study, simple descriptive with cross sectional approach. 42 respondents purposive sampling were included in this study involving doctors, nurses, midwifes and laboratoriun technicians of the hospitals and publich health community. Univariat analysis with fequency distribution was occupied for statistical examination. Result: 84% of the respondents explain that the performance or interface user of the website of SiDarurat.com was very good and the language was easy to understand, 86% of the respondents said that the information of the bed and blood availibility is needed daily and easy to access from mobile phone and tablet, 80% of the respondents explained the data provided in the sidarurat website was accurate and as what their expected. Conclusion: based on the perception of the sidarurat website users, the sidarurat websites had a very good performance, the language was easily to understand, the information is needed daily and easy to access through mobile phone and tablet and accurate and the content as what users expected. Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sejak berabad yang lalu dikenal juga dengan sebutan Bumi Sriwijaya, pada abad ke-7 hingga abad ke-12 Masehi wilayah ini merupakan pusat kerajaan Sriwijaya yang juga terkenal dengan kerajaan maritim terbesar dan terkuat di Nusantara. Provinsi Sumatera Selatan banyak memiliki tujuan wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi seperti Sungai Musi, Jembatan Ampera, Pulau Kemaro, Danau Ranau, Kota Pagaralam dan lain-lain. Melihat pesatnya perkembangan dunia pariwisata yang tidak selaras dengan informasi yang tersedia, karena media dan informasi objek wisata yang disebarkan dirasa masih kurang terutama dalam hal pemetaan objek wisatanya dengan pendekatan teknologi diharapkan informasi mengenai pemetaan objek wisata yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan ini bisa tersampaikan dengan mudah kepada masyarakat luas terutama wisatawan. Hal ini, dapat direalisasikan dengan membangun suatu aplikasi mobile GIS (Geografis Information System) pemetaan Objek wisata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sehingga dapat diakses melalui website dan mobile phone dengan menggunakan sistem operasi android, iOS dan windows.

Abstract— Singosaren Market or also known by the people of Surakarta City and its surroundings with Matahari Singosaren is one of the centers of Mobile Phones or Smartphones in Surakarta City. Singosaren Market was first built in 1988, at first the first floor was clothing stalls but starting in 2000 the first floor was changed to a mobile shops. Mobile phone sellers in their daily lives if there are buyers who want to buy goods and the seller of the stock is empty, then the sellers will ask other sellers whether the stock is still there or empty. To speed up or help sellers get information on which stores are not empty, in this study a Integrated Inventory Information System Design for Mobile Stores in Singosaren Market Surakarta was designed, which is expected to be applied in the future at mobile shops in Singosaren Market Surakarta. Keywords—: Goods Stock; Mobile; Singosaren Market.

Background: We will be unable to achieve sustained impact on health outcomes with community health worker (CHW)-based interventions unless we bridge the gap between small scale efficacy studies and large scale interventions. Effective strategies to support the management of CHWs are central to bridging the gap. Mobile phones are broadly available, particularly in low and middle income countries (LAMIC), where the penetration rate approaches 100%.Objectives: In this article, we describe how mobile phones and may be combined with mobile web-based technology to assist in the management of CHWs in two projects in South Africa.Methods: This article is a descriptive study, drawing lessons from two randomised controlled trials outlining how a mobile phone information system can be utilised to enhance the quality of health interventions. We organised our comprehensive management and supervision system around a previously published management framework. The system is composed of mobile phones utilised by CHWs and a web-based interface utilised by CHW supervisors. Computerised algorithms were designed with intervention and assessment protocols to aid in the real-time supervision and management of CHWs.Results: Community health workers used mobile phones to initiate intervention visits and trigger content to be delivered during the course of intervention visits. Supervisors used the web-based interface for real-time monitoring of the location, timing and content of intervention visits. Additional real-time support was provided through direct support calls in the event of crises in the field.Conclusion: Mobile phone-based information system platforms offer significant opportunities to improve CHW-delivered interventions. The extent to which these efficiency gains can be translated into realised health gains for communities is yet to be tested.
