Service quality is still a new concept to those who works in shipping lines services since it has not been identified as a mandatory factor to increase the competitiveness. Most carriers are currently offering services at the same level of price, transit time, equipment, etc. Thus offering a high quality service is the best way for a carrier to differentiate itself from its competitors in the market. The research aims to conduct an assessment on service quality at Wan Hai Lines outbound services based on the SERVQUAL model, form of dimension-by-dimension analysis. The outcome is the service quality of Wan Hai Lines outbound services can be identified by three dimension Empathy and Responsiveness, Assurance, and Reliability. It would help the management to have a clear and full picture about the current service quality, and to have the ways to improve service quality following the recommendations.

Liquid lead bismuth eutectic (LBE) is very corrosive to steels. To mitigate structural corrosion of LBE systems, active oxygen control technique is developed. To enhance the speed of oxygen transport in liquid LBE, natural convection has been proposed. This paper numerically analyzes the oxygen transport in a natural convection induced LBE enclosure. Different temperature boundary conditions are added to the container. Both laminar and turbulent LBE flows which are distinguished by strength of flow measured are analyzed. Three laminar cases: (a) heated from the bottom and cooled from the top of the container; (b) heated from the sidewalls and cooled from the top of the container; (c) one sidewall heated and the opposite wall cooled, and one fully turbulent case with one sidewall heated and the opposite sidewall cooled are chosen. Oxidization in near wall areas and formation of oxide layers on container surfaces are considered. In each case, the characteristic velocity and oxygen diffusion time are estimated, the change of oxygen distribution with time are obtained, and the bulk concentration of oxygen and the efficiency of oxide layer formation on different liquid-solid interfaces are calculated. To obtain more information of oxygen transportation and distribution, three-dimension analysis of the laminar flow is done. Based on the analysis, several conclusions are finally obtained.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to propose the use of a user-centric service map to facilitate the visual exploration and monitoring of user context information for proactive market analysis. Design/methodology/approach The paper supports a context-based market analysis by developing a user-centric service map which comprehensively visualizes a variety of contexts, users, and services. Empirical data were gathered from service descriptions and reviews of 100 mobile application services in the Apple App Store’s lifestyle and healthcare and fitness categories. Findings The user-centric service map supports the analysis of the context information from using various mobile app services, and can therefore be effectively applied for market-segment analysis and user-value analysis. Practical implications The user-centric service map involves implications in terms of multi-disciplinary proactive market orientation and data-driven strategy development, allowing firms to respond to changing market conditions in the mobile business promptly and even preemptively. Originality/value The initiative uncovering of latent needs through examining context of use have been an important focus of prior work, but little attempt has been presented in the way of frameworks for converting abundant context data into strategic information. The paper provides new methods and procedures to establish and interpret service maps using flexible visual features.

Abstract This article unveils Italy’s exceptionalism in recognising and protecting same-sex couples by adopting a three-dimension analysis: constitutional, comparative and supranational. It maintains that, compared to other countries whose courts were sympathetic with the legal claims raised by lesbian and gay people, Italy’s Constitutional Court adopted a totally different approach, reinforcing the heteronormativity of marriage in a way that delayed all efforts to pass a law on same-sex registered partnerships. The Constitutional Court, in particular, interpreted the Constitution, the experience of other nations and supranational law according to heteronormativity, an example that is unique in the comparative context. As an illustration, this article addresses the case Bernaroli vs Ministry of the Interior. In Bernaroli, a male-to-female transgender person wanted to remain married to her wife notwithstanding the transition. The case ignited a heated debate among scholars and questioned the courts’ opinions as to the human rights dynamics surrounding same-sex marriage and, more importantly, about the current role of heteronormativity in marriage law. This article concludes that the legal existence of Bernaroli’s marriage represents a constant challenge to the status quo and highlights the permanent crisis of heteronormativity. After the Austrian Constitutional Court’s recent ruling that declared the law on same-sex domestic partnership to be discriminatory, heteronormativity’s defence became even more untenable, making Italy’s a true exception in the continent’s legal landscape.

The rapid evolution of mobile computing technology has been attributed to the increasing capitalizing by companies on this innovative business medium. The result of conformity between technology advancement and market demand increment for mobility has led to the development of different categories of mobile businesses in recent years. This research reviews the previous related literature to the subject and by deploying meta-synthesis as a systematic quantitative method; a generic model covering important factors contributing to mobile application diffusion is presented. The proposed comprehensive model consists of users' specifications, technical aspects and contextual factors in the first level. This article also represents the logical relationship expected to be valid between these factors as conceptual framework, which could be investigated in future studies. the proposed influencing factors as a generic model can help developers and mobile business analysts to have a comprehensive understanding about the contexts may influence their mobile application success or failure.

720°spin kick followed by horse stance is among one of the high difficulty movements of C level in the southern fist in martial art, it was formed on the basis of 360°tornado kick, because of its complex technical details and action links, it values a lot in the competition. The possibility of athletes who can successfully complete the action during training and competition is rather low. Modern three-dimension picture analysis will become the main method on technique diagnosis of kinematics parameter at game site. We took up Fukui Li’s 720°spin kick followed by horse stance in 2012 National Nanquan competition and also made three-dimension analysis on it. The aim of the paper is to get the kinematics parameters and then summarize his skill features, explore its internal kinematic characteristics and laws thus to provide some scientific basis for martial arts training

Chinese women javelin thrower Lv Huihui won the championship of China Long Throw Open in 2013. However, there was still a large gap between her result and the world record. In order to improve her stroking techniques and enrich technological theories, we used advanced three-dimension picture to take up Lv Huihuis spell throw in game site. We also made three-dimension analysis on the last exertion skill and got the kinematics parameter to compare with the foreign elite women javelin thrower. The results show that Lv Huihuis stretch angel is 13.8° smaller than world elite athletes. Her flexibility is not so good that she cant do the full bow action completely. As for the last left knee stretching process, Lv Huihui and other Chinese elite athletes get the results of 5.3°and 10.2 °, while world elite athletes get 16°. It shows that Chinese athletes left knee stretching is not good. Lv Huihuis release speed is 23.36m/s, better than the Chinese athletes average level 21.36m/s, but this speed is much slower than the world elite athletes release speed 24.80m/s. It is the major reason that makes Lv Huihui remain a large gap with the world elite athletes.
