A comprehensive model represented by a set of equations governing the mechanics of planar hydraulic fracture propagation in a multi-layered reservoir is presented. A general-purpose integral formulation for the formation elasticity is developed along with a numerical scheme for mode I fracture response evaluation of an arbitrarily shaped planar pressurized crack in a layered medium. Non-Newtonian fluid flow in the hydraulically induced fracture is governed by a two-dimensional nonlinear partial differential equation. Finite element formulations for the governing equations as well as calibrative examples illustrating the computational features of the model are presented. Numerical schemes for determining the moving fracture front and coupling of the fluid flow and structural/fracture responses are also developed.

It will use SolidWorks to design structure of Manipulator and to establish the Three-dimensional Modeling based on automated welding robot of Shanghai Bamac Electric Technology Co., Ltd.,then by using the plug of simulation and motion of SolidWorks, it will focus on the Motion Simulation and Finite Element Analysis of the Manipulator. Finally the trajectory and the work space of the Manipulate can be received, and provide a basis of manipulator analysis in order to optimize the manipulator for the company.

Using ANSYS program, the finite element simulation based on thermoelectric coupling is conducted by a series of procedures, such as three-dimensional model building of airflow level posture sensor according to the actual size of the proportion, network modifying, loads applying and equation solving. The sensitive mechanism of airflow level posture sensor is explained by finite element method. The numerical results show that compared with two-dimensional modeling, the simulation result of three-dimensional modeling and thermoelectric analysis methods are more comprehensive and accurate, which provides more reliable basis for practical research of the airflow level posture sensor.

In order to study conveying roller force and improve its mechanical properties, we use three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E to build the solid model of the Apple box delivery device’s conveying roller. Using finite element analysis software Ansys to analyze conveying roller’s bending stress, we can get images of local strain and displacement contours .Contrasting with factory’s broken roller conveyor, we can find that: through the establishment of appropriate boundary conditions, Ansys can accurate finite element analysis, and provide the basis for the conveying roller structure improvements.
