The quality of tobacco baking is one of the important factors affecting the economic benefits of tobacco enterprises. Because of the low efficiency of traditional manual baking methods and the poor quality of tobacco, the economic benefits of tobacco enterprises and tobacco farmers are also greatly affected. In view of this, this research takes the temperature and humidity control as the research object, and proposes an agricultural intelligent tobacco house temperature and humidity controller based on STM32. Firstly, the general design scheme, hardware circuit design scheme and software design scheme of the control system are described, in which the human-machine interface circuit design of the hardware circuit design is emphatically analysed, and finally, the design of this research is applied The agricultural intelligent temperature and humidity controller measures the temperature and humidity of the flue-cured tobacco house, and verifies the control effect. The results show that the temperature control accuracy based on STM32 is significantly higher than that of traditional control method, which is conducive to the improvement of tobacco baking quality. It is hoped that this study can provide a significant reference for the research of temperature and humidity control in tobacco industry in China.

OLED micro-display is applied widely in the HMD stereo display field. Based on dual 0.5 inch 800×600 high resolution AM-OLED displays, we proposed a 3D circuit design scheme which used PCs VGA interface as video input, PIC18LF2550 as the MCU. According to the principle of the human eye binocular disparity, PC stereo video sources achieved odd frames and even frames displaying simultaneous in two AM-OLED panels, which implemented the 3D function. Display system has been tested by playing the stereoscopic video source of the left and right sides format form the PC and the effect presented a good performance which verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Differential signaling is very common for high frequency integrated circuit design. Accurate multimode de-embedding at multigigahertz frequencies, however, is a major challenge. The differential and common-mode parameters can be obtained by converting the measured four-port nodal S-parameters into the mixed-mode form. Under certain conditions, it is possible to separate the modes and consider only the entries corresponding to the differential S-parameters. This allows to reduce the measured 4 × 4 matrix to a 2 × 2 matrix and consider the differential device as a two-port network. Thus, the standard de-embedding techniques, derived for two-port networks, can be applied to differential S-parameters. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the applicability of this approach for on-wafer measurements. We describe analytically the conditions under which this method is valid. As an example, a 2:1 transformer, manufactured in Infineon's 0.13 μm CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) process, has been characterized. On-chip de-embedding structures have been fabricated using the same process. The results obtained using Short-Open, Thru-Line, and Thru-Line-Reflect de-embedding techniques are compared. Additionally, the results are verified by simulation of a device under test having high-mode conversion.

The communication module was designed based on DeviceNet bus technology in this paper, which had the circuit-breaker used in the DeviceNet. So the intelligence of circuit-breaker was improved. Firstly applied PIC18F458 single chip as control chip in hardware design and proposed the power source, dial switch and LED interface circuit design scheme based on DeviceNet protocol specification. Secondly proposed the soft design scheme, included established module and I/O information communication. At last SST-DN3-PCU-1 main station card was 阿applied as network analyzer to analyze the communication data detail.

Arbitrary integer frequency divider based on single chip microcomputer proposed an arbitrary integer frequency divider design scheme within 100 for digital clock signals. Microcontroller detected the parity of the points frequency which was inputted by the external keyboard, and then controlled the switching controller switched the point frequency circuit between odd points frequency circuit and even. Therefore, a circuit design could solve problem along with the changing of the circuit and the heavy labor for changing the frequency num that existed in traditional divider .So it greatly reduced the cost.
