ADVANCED TRENDS IN CIVIL ENGINEERING 2021 (ATCE 2021) The 1st International Conference ADVANCED TRENDS IN CIVIL ENGINEERING 2021 (ATCE 2021) was held from 13 to 14 September, 2021 in Belgorod (Russian Federation), on the basis of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov, Belgorod, Russia. It is one of the conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Material Science and Physics. This is extremely relevant and very important both in theoretical and practical dimensions, the problem was at the center of the discussions of the international scientific conference, which took place on May 6-7, 1996 in Lviv.
