This paper describes a new type of intelligent liquid-level monitoring system, presents the measuring method and principle, and also goes to details on how to transform liquid-level signal into pulse signal which can be recognized by the microchip. Because two methods in calibration have been adopted in the system, including software and hardware, the problems caused by different liquid medias have been eliminated, at the same time, the precision of the measuring system has been improved, realizing liquor intelligent measurement. At last, the liquid level measured can be read and printed very easily and the function of real-time online monitoring is achieved.
