Simulative training should include network simulation in information age, and network simulation needs to meet the real-time requirements. For the real-time implementation of Tactical Internet (TI) simulation, the paper proposed a "water-wave type" topology updating method for simulation, which solved the real-time problem of tactical radio network topology updating simulation. Secondly, the paper proposed a data packet transmission method based on characteristic information, which solved the large data problem of TI simulation, and then the real-time of simulation was improved. Finally, the paper proposed a transmission success-rate calculating method based on prediction, which solved the real-time simulation problem of transmission. The practical application proved that the paper’s methods had good effect.

Network security situation awareness is the pivotal technology of building the next generation active defensible network, which has been got widespread concerns by experts and scholars. Inspired-by artificial immune, an immune-inspired network security situation awareness model, referred as Ineim, was given. The real-time network security situation awareness equations were built up, which can exactly compute security situation awareness of the host and network. Both the theory analysis and experimental results prove that Ineim provides a positive and active network security method.

The vivid expression of entity models in the virtual circumstance is directly related to the facticity and immersion of the virtual environment. To build the virtual maintenance training system for Cummins M11 diesel engine, this paper primarily designed the functions of the system, studied the constructing and optimizing techniques of 3D models. Using EON platform, these 3D models were secondarily constructed to achieve the pre-designed functions, and realize the real-time interactive simulation. The experiments show that synthetically using these VR constructing techniques can overcome the limitations of single modeling method, and brilliantly make the simulation environment more realistic and familiar to the trainees, achieving good training results.

The real-time system is now used on many fields, such as telecommunication, military, information system, evenmedical to get information quickly, on time and accurate. Needless to say, a real-time system will always considerthe performance time. In our application, we define the time target/deadline, so that the system should execute thewhole tasks under predefined deadline. However, if the system failed to finish the tasks, it will lead to fatal failure. In other words, if the system cannot be executed on time, it will affect the subsequent tasks. In this paper, wepropose a real-time system for sending data to find effectiveness and efficiency. Sending data process will beconstructed in MATLAB and sending data process has a time target as when data will send.
