Since the new era, the advancement of construction industrialization has been the focus of national attention. As an important part of the assembling building system, the box structure building has a high degree of industrialization, and has considerable development potential and industrial market. This paper first illustrates the development of box-structured buildings, and sorts out the background of box-structured buildings from foreign related theories and specific projects. Subsequently, the performance characteristics and deficiencies of box buildings in the specific construction under the current technical means are described. The paper also explores the energy efficiency of box buildings. Finally, the paper concludes with an outlook on the future development of box buildings.

Abstract The Fischer-Tropsch (FT) synthesis of fuels from CO and H2 lies at the heart of the successful and mature Gas-to-Liquid technology; however its reliance on fossil resources comes with the burden of an undesirable carbon footprint. In contrast, the electroreduction of CO2 (CO2RR) powered by renewable electricity has the potential to produce the same type of fuels, but in a carbon-neutral fashion. To date, only ethylene and ethanol are attainable at reasonable efficiencies and exclusively on copper. Herein, we report that the oxygenated compounds of nickel can selectively electroreduce CO2 to C1 – C6 hydrocarbons with significant yields (Faradaic efficiencies of C3+ up to 6.5%). While metallic Ni only produces hydrogen and methane under CO2RR and FT conditions respectively, we show that polarized nickel (Niδ+) sites facilitate ambient CO2RR via the FT mechanism. The catalysts yield multi-carbon molecules with an unprecedented chain growth probability values (α) up to 0.44, which matches many technical FT synthesis systems. We anticipate that the integration of the herein proposed electrochemical-FT scheme with fuel cells may provide at this seminal stage up to 7% energy efficiency for C3+ hydrocarbons, inaugurating a new era towards the defossilization of the chemical industry.

Chinese traditional Yaodong has a long history. Traditional Yaodong is what coexistence with nature and living-practice creating architectural cultural treasures.The sunk-yaodong is underground construction of a unique residential of folk dwelling Sanmenxia in western Henan after a thousand years of culture and experience precipitation. It contains a lot of idea of energy-efficiency and ecology, While its have numerous difficulties in the new modern context. Facing the new era development request, the traditional Yaodong dwellings need to be made the necessary modification. The main way is to through the rational use of solar energy and stereoscopic greening measures. At the same time, not only retained the original advantages, but also improved traditional Sank-Yaodong.

Previously, all stereological estimation of particle number and sizes were based on models and notoriously gave biased results, were very inefficient to use and difficult to justify. For all references to old methods and a direct comparison with unbiased methods see recent reviews.The publication in 1984 of the DISECTOR, the first unbiased stereological probe for sampling and counting 3—D objects irrespective of their size and shape, signalled the new era in stereology — and give rise to a number of remarkably simple and efficient techniques based on its distinct property: It is the only known way to obtain an unbiased sample of 3-D objects (cells, organelles, etc). The principle is simple: within a 2-D unbiased frame count or sample only cells which are not hit by a parallel plane at a known, small distance h.The area of the frame and h must be known, which might sometimes in itself be a problem, albeit usually a small one. A more severe problem may arise because these constants are known at the scale of the fixed, embedded and sectioned tissue which is often shrunken considerably.

In the mid-nineteenth century Virchow revolutionized pathology by introduction of the concept of “cellular pathology”. Today, a century later, this term has increasing significance in health and disease. We now are in the beginning of a new era in pathology, one which might well be termed “organelle pathology” or “subcellular pathology”. The impact of lysosomal diseases on clinical medicine exemplifies this role of pathology of organelles in elucidation of disease today.Another aspect of cell organelles of prime importance is their pathologic alteration by drugs, toxins, hormones and malnutrition. The sensitivity of cell organelles to minute alterations in their environment offers an accurate evaluation of the site of action of drugs in the study of both function and toxicity. Examples of mitochondrial lesions include the effect of DDD on the adrenal cortex, riboflavin deficiency on liver cells, elevated blood ammonia on the neuron and some 8-aminoquinolines on myocardium.
