To solve the problem of testing BMBS (BLOW-OUT MONITORING AND BRAKE SYSTEM) vacuum booster performance, a double-station and on-line test system for BMBS vacuum booster was designed. It adopts high-speed data collection method and computer control technology. This system can test the performance in non-BMBS condition and BMBS condition. The test items mainly include dynamic characteristic and sealing performance under each condition. The double stations are independent and have no interference with each other. The system fills up the blank of performance testing about BMBS vacuum booster. To verify this system, experiments were conducted with the vacuum booster which installed the BMBS technology. The experiment results show that the system can do well in testing the performance of BMBS vacuum booster in high precision. The sealing performance resolution is 0.01kPa and the pressure resolution is 1N.

The high voltage circuit breaker is an important power system equipment. The reliability of its running relationship with the safe operation of the entire power system. High voltage circuit breaker on-line monitoring system enables real-time monitoring of various parameters during the operation in which the circuit breaker, and the use of communication to achieve data transfer bus information. Through monitoring points, closing coil current signals to constitute the core of C8051F online monitoring unit via RS-485 serial bus will monitor information is uploaded to the master computer.

Data acquisition is the basic means of access to information; it is an important pillar of the information science, a comprehensive application technology associated with the sensor, signal measuring and processing, computer technology as the foundation. USB has the characteristics of easy to use, high speed and supporting to cut in or pull out on-line, it becomes a trend in data acquisition technology. To introduce the hardware and software design, selecting DSP for microprocessor control chip and Philip Corporations ISP1582 for USB receiver/transfer control chip. In this paper, the segmented band-pass filtering is adopted to filter the collected data, the problems in system debugging are analyzed and summarized, and the measures for improvement are finally put forward. Thus, combining USB and DSP is an effective solution to data acquisition with high speed as well as processing and transmitting.

An impulse power supply has been designed, simulated, and tested in order to feed the primary of a high-frequency transformer. Pulse power system has been widely used for plasma applications. The operational principle of the pulse power system is that the energy from the input source is stored in the capacitor bank device through a dc-dc converter. Then, when a discharging signal is given, the stored energy is released to the load. The new family of ZCS converters is suitable for high-power applications using insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The power converter can achieve zero switching with the aid of high-frequency transformer. The device is capable of charging a 0.1 μF capacitor up to 5 kV which accounts for a charging power of 5 kJ/s. The novel control algorithm is achieved which eminently considers the nonlinear control characteristics of impulse power supply. The required charging voltage, together with the constraint on the charging time, translates into a required maximum power of 10 kW reduced in this initial version to 5 kW. The difficulty to reliably control such a power at the high-voltage side practically forbids any approach featuring a more or less stabilized DC high-voltage to be generated from a conventional 50 Hz transformer through rectification.
