We propose a computer communication protocol based on natural language called "language protocol", communication using the protocol, and an interface enabling connection any communication standard, called a "language application programming interface". We use simulation to confirm that the proposed methods provide a flexible communication environment for any communication object.

Since the smartphone android as open technology was found, the Users can take some advantages from Google’s map service which is exist in the application to build the applications service. API direction can using HTTP to determine the location of the inter-view destination, mileage and road routes that can be passed either as a text string or as a latitude or longitude that can be implemented through a Google map.By using this direction google map service, API, can be used this service to create a searching application service to search the houses of worship. Besides used  for knowing generally the houses of worship that exist around the Yogyakarta city, the determination of the shortest path is needed because in this life people often travel from one place to another by considering the efficiency of time, mileage and expenses.Searching service of the houses of worship is existed in the application, it can be tested in various service providers through the internet and GPS signal strength which is optimal enough to obtain the shortest distance with the direction on the map and with a percentage accuracy of the average distance between Google on the map with the actual distance of 99%.

The Himawari-8 satellite can be used to derive precipitation data for rainfall estimation. This study aims to test several methods for suchestimation employing the Himawari-8 satellite. The methods are compared in three regions with different topographies, namely Bukittinggi, Pontianak and Ambon. The rainfall estimation methods that are tested are auto estimator, IMSRA, non-linear relation and non-linear inversion approaches. Based on the determination of the statistical verification(RMSE, standard deviation and correlation coefficient) of the amount of rainfall, the best method in Bukittinggi and Pontianak was shown to be IMSRA, while for the Ambon region was the non-linear relations. The best methods from each research area were mapped using the Google Maps Application Programming Interface (API).

Availability the Application Programming Interface (API) for third-party applications on Android devices provides an opportunity to monitor Android devices with each other. This is used to create an application that can facilitate parents in child supervision through Android devices owned. In this study, some features added to the classification of image content on Android devices related to negative content. In this case, researchers using Clarifai API. The result of this research is to produce a system which has feature, give a report of image file contained in target smartphone and can do deletion on the image file, receive browser history report and can directly visit in the application, receive a report of child location and can be directly contacted via this application. This application works well on the Android Lollipop (API Level 22). Index Terms— Application Programming Interface(API), Monitoring, Negative Content, Children, Parent.
