During the combat effectiveness evaluation, some problems such as the precise number, interval number and the language fuzzy number exist in the evaluation values. To solve these problems, this paper introduces the interval number and grey decision making principle and brings forward a operational effectiveness evaluation model based on the interval number and grey decision making. This model can truly reflect the comprehensive evaluation value of the weapon equipment operational effectiveness.

Radar EW system combat effectiveness evaluation is a essential link to Radar system Demonstration, mainly give service to selection, optimization and key factors analysis of Weapon equipment scheme. In this paper, we introduce the Bayesian network model into the area of Radar EW system combat effectiveness evaluation and put forward the concept of combat effectiveness evaluation model based on Bayesian network. The ability to express complex relationship, the ability to express the uncertainty of probability, and the reasoning functions. By learning from Expertise and Simulation data, excavating the hidden knowledge included in both of them, we can build the combat efficiency Analysis model, and then carry out efficient analysis.

In multiattribute decision making, it is critical to indentify the importance degree of attributes before the overall assessment of the alternatives. In this paper, we give a measurement of importance degree of attributes based on knowledge discovery in the decision information system, which satisfies the conditions of fuzzy measure. Further, we construct an evaluation model combined Choquet integral with the importance degree measure. The case study illustrates the validity and the effectiveness of the method.

In this paper, the problem of evaluating the key discipline level of university is studied. Firstly, the index system of evaluation is established, i.e., academic team, scientific research, talent training, and academic reputation. Then, an evaluation model of evaluating the key discipline is presented based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and decision making. Therefore, a novel and effective way is given to solve the problem of evaluating the key discipline level of university under the uncertain information.

The operating performance of listed companies is the comprehensive response on their quality of assets, operating state, development potential and so on. In this paper, evaluating indexes system which was used to evaluate the operating performance was provided combining with the feature of supplying water and gas listed companies in China. The performance evaluation model based on the factor analysis is established. As a case, the performance of 18 listed companies supplying water and gas in China is selected and evaluated. The case shows that the model is effective and can provide a basis for decision-making for enterprises improving management.

According to the engine condition and the complexity, uncertainty and nonlinear of the corresponding parameters, it puts forward an engine failure evaluation model based on the comprehensive decision-making fuzzy inference. This method takes all the corresponding characteristic parameters such as engine oil, vibration, and performance parameters as the study factors. By analyzing the sensitivity degree of these parameters to the change of the engine and its trend over time, different membership functions will be established based on various factors by means of statistical analysis and inference. Entropy-based data fusion and expertise can determine the levels of weight distribution of each factor in the comprehensive evaluation, thus, the engine failure evaluation model based on the comprehensive decision-making fuzzy inference can be established.

The defects of present fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval value are pointed out. To improve these defects, a new calculation method of fuzzy membership degree is provided and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval number distance is built. This model is applied to Lake Dongchang. And it can be indicated that the proposed model is reasonable and practical.
