In this paper, the reformation of education concepts is studied during the implementation of the excellent engineer training program process. By the practical experience of innovative engineer personnel training is done in the Enhance Oil Recovery course of teaching practice, the innovative engineer personnel training content and reformation of education concepts is studied. Multimedia Technology ways to enhancing the relationship of theory and practice teaching, strengthen understanding and problem-solving abilities of students on the Enhancing Oil and gas Recovery teaching. It will provide references for the excellent engineer training program process in the field of petroleum engineering university.

With the development of modern science and information technology, the multimedia technology has been widely used in diverse fields. Specially, it plays an important role in medical chemistry teaching. Reviewing the history of its application in medical chemistry teaching in the past twenty years, we find that multimedia teaching is proved a better choice compared to traditional approaches for its scientific, advanced, vivid and visual features. However, with the popularization of multimedia education technology, there are some opinions about its deficiencies, such as information overmuch, multimedia offside, courseware content, etc. Hence, it is crucial for us to overcome the disadvantages existing in multimedia teaching and fully utilize its benefits. Based on the previous research work, some significant discussions and suggestions on multimedia technology application in medical chemistry teaching are presented in this paper.

Modern educational technology is widely used in college, modern educational technology application develop from simple slideshows, projection to the multimedia and network teaching, long-range education teaching, ect. The application of multimedia and network technology have positive significance in the teaching reform of cultivating student's quality , and skill training, and the creative thinking ability . Modern multimedia educational technology university plays an important role in promoting the level of teaching work and improving the quality of the education. The process of education and teaching which implements the mathematics education teaching through the application of modern educational technology curriculum, can improve math courses and teaching quality effectively. This paper explores the truth than using the modern education technology to improve education quality of teaching mathematics course. To realize mathematics teaching from the optimization, and extensive mathematics curriculum multimedia teaching, and explore the new mathematics curriculum teaching network technology actively, this paper discussed the application of multimedia technology to improve education in modern mathematics curriculum teaching quality.
