Recent years, the failure of swill recycling in mainland China has led to severe problems. The lack of rational network is one of the most important factors. In this passage, a network design in the third party reverse logistics of swill recycling is developed and an example is discussed. The results show that the model is practical and useful.

In order to solve the choice of the third-party reverse logistics enterprise, this paper analyzed the goal factors involved in the choice of enterprise, confirmed the weight of choice index using the method of AHP, solve the multi-objective programming problems combined with the method of goal programming, established the model of the goal programming, chose the optimal solutions.
