Today, many companies outsource the new recruiting process. Recruitment of outsourced labor by the outsourcing service tenant is because the Company can reduce operating costs and improve the company. However, it is not comparable to outsourced employees to the services of tenant companies outsourcing services. Based on these conditions, the researchers analyze the relationship of employees in an outsourcing service company in Indonesia using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The results show there are two attributes that belong to “concentrate these“category which means the company's performance has not been maximized for outsourcing employees. These attributes are the accuracy of salary payments and the nominal salary that is generated every month.

This paper examines how professional practices of software developers forge global assemblages in the oil and gas industry by shedding light on the implementation of cloud technologies within a Norwegian-based digital service company. Delivering digital solutions to oil and gas extracting corporations, this company primarily develops proprietary software providing engineers with business intelligence dashboards that assist in managing the assets involved in the extraction of resources. This extended case study seeks to gain a better understanding of the materialities emerging in cloud environments by illuminating transnational divisions of labor within global assemblages. Committed to a holistic contextualization, this mixed-method investigation is primarily based on ethnographic fieldwork, including participation in industry events and a three-month secondment in a small-scale digital service company. Drawing from a materialistic approach to internet technologies, the study provides a comprehensive account of the digital service company since its founding in 2001. Based on evidence from industry events and a long-term immersion in the working lives of software developers, I suggest that the implementation of cloud technologies in the oil and gas industry prompted new digital divisions of labor and replaced the physical travel of professionals with a remote control system facilitating an enhanced circulation of data. The findings of this investigation imply that cloud computing continues to restructure the global economy and accelerates the migration of data through internet technologies.

This study aims to assess customer satisfaction of a logistics service company in Indonesia. Several researches employed the classical importance-performance analysis (IPA) to accomplish the objective; instead, this research used importance performance competitor analysis (IPCA). IPCA is considered as a remedy for IPA since the later has been criticized for several reasons, e.g., the relative structure of IPA and its lack of competitors’ consideration. A case study has been conducted to show the applicability of IPCA. Result shows that several service attributes have to be improved since they have lower performance than the competitor. Recommendations that can be done as a part to continuous improvement were provided. Finally, we also show that using IPA—without considering the competitor—would bring the management to a misleading interpretation. Keywords—Customer satisfaction; importance performance competitor analysis; logistics service

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry provides an appeal to waste banks to use online systems in managing waste bank activities. The online system referred to is the online waste management system through the banksampah.id account. However, the level of activity of garbage banks in using the online system is relatively low (36.46%). Besides, in 2019, the Bandung City DLH has used banksampah.id as an application in evaluating the performance of waste banks. Therefore, this study was conducted aiming to evaluate the level of usability of banksampah.id so that it can be known aspects of banksampah.id that need to be improved. Evaluation of usability level is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The usability evaluation results show that there are 7 usability attributes in the "Concentrate Here" category, 10 usability attributes in the "Keep Up The Good Work" category, 8 usability attributes in the "Low Priority" category and 9 usability attributes in the "Possible Overkill" category. Improvements to usability banksampah.id focus on 7 attributes categorized as "Concentrate Here" namely (1) availability of procedures for the use of various applications, (2) procedures for using applications that have been available easily understood by users, (3) completeness of customer profile, (4) availability of up-to-date customer data, (5) speed in data processing, (6) availability of communication features between Garbage Banks, and (7) availability of communication features between Garbage Banks and collectors.
