Information technology has been widely used not only in econimic fileds but also the operation of government. The development of electronic government affairs has totally change the way of the government operation model. Cloud computation can offer safe and reliable data storage, and it can offer an efficient scheme for the electronic government affairs. We propose to use the clustering algorithm in cloud to efficiently and effectively deal with the data from all the government departments. After clustering the information, similar data are grouped together; each department can choose the interested information.

With the thorough development of electronic government affairs , the key point of the study has been the electronic government affairs in the county regions. This paper will start with the characteristics of electronic government affairs in the county regions , grasp the core of electronic government affairs which is taking the public as the center, and put forward an evaluating model of public satisfaction in county electronic government affairs. Then with the basis of this indicator , a questionnaire survey will be conducted. And finally with the practical data , the AHP method will be adopted to carry out an empirical study on public satisfaction of electronic government affairs.

The Indonesian e-Government index for 2020 is internationally ranked 88, up 19 points from the previous ranking of 107 in 2018. This increase results from e-Government implementing agencies and an increase in public participation and contributions from research institutions. It always contributes to e-Government issues theoretically and practically. The results of studies related to the implementation of e-Government are also needed to answer the current problems and become a reference of e-Government development following Indonesian conditions. This study explores the studies that have been carried out during the last five years using the perspective of Indonesia's e-Government Ranking (PeGI), namely the dimensions of policy, institutional, application, infrastructure, and planning. The study used a literature review method with data sources obtained on the Garuda Ristek portal BRIN-Indonesian Publication Index. The number of articles collected was 45 articles which were then grouped based on the PeGI dimension, research methods, and types of e-Government relations. The results show that the perspective of the dimensions of the Indonesian e-Government Ranking can be a reference to see a picture of the conditions of e-Government implementation and the influencing factors. Furthermore, studies related to e-government issues can provide input information and recommendations for solutions to e-Government administrators. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of studies on e-Government in Indonesia supported by the government and related institutions to improve the quality of Indonesian e-Government.

E-government is a prerequisite for economic and social informatization. Information required from the various forces of a country, among them, the government as a national composition and the flow of information center "nodes", play a responsibility in the process of social informatization and irreplaceable role. In this paper, the design and construction of e-government system are discussed in this paper. Elaborated the e-government system basic architecture, the paper analyzes the electronic government affairs system overall design.
