This paper gives a rough review of the intelligent control strategies used in BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor controller. The development history of BLDC motor is introduced firstly. The parameter setting problems in a traditional PID control method are analyzed secondly. Then, an intensive introduction on the intelligent control strategies those are used in the PID control system is presented. Finally, the development trend of the intelligent control strategies in the BLDC motor control is discussed.

Studying on PID control algorithm and through the analysis of the control parameter of scalar part, integration part and derivation part, the author investigates systematically on the motion control system of the intelligent robots in small storage and logistics, and presents an improved PID control algorithm. The improved PID control algorithm not only maintains the merits of the original one, but also simplifies the multifarious adjustment process of the control parameters of scalar part, integration part and derivation part. The improved algorithm turns out to be effective after the simulation and verification by the MATLAB and can be applied and promoted to other practical controls field.

This article comes up with a complex-valued encoding multichain seeker optimization algorithm (CMSOA) for the engineering optimization problems. The complex-valued encoding strategy and the multichain strategy are leaded in the seeker optimization algorithm (SOA). These strategies enhance the individuals’ diversity, enhance the local search, avert falling into the local optimum, and are the influential global optimization strategies. This article chooses fifteen benchmark functions, four proportional integral derivative (PID) control parameter models, and six constrained engineering problems to test. According to the experimental results, the CMSOA can be used in the benchmark functions, in the PID control parameter optimization, and in the optimization of constrained engineering problems. Compared to the particle swarm optimization (PSO), simulated annealing based on genetic algorithm (SA_GA), gravitational search algorithm (GSA), sine cosine algorithm (SCA), multiverse optimizer (MVO), and seeker optimization algorithm (SOA), the optimization ability and robustness of the CMSOA are better than those of others algorithms.

PLC is a dedicated control computer and is extensively applied in the fields such as machine manufacturing and industry control, but openness of its hardware structure and the programming system are not uniform due to different manufacturers. To solve incompatibility issue, the soft PLC concept is proposed in the late 90 s of 20th century. A PID is a closed-loop control system and features simple structure, stronger stability and higher reliability, so it is extensively applied in the industry control field. This paper describes the software and hardware structure of the soft PLC system based on ARM7, analyzes and studies PID control algorithm, and studies the PID parameter setting. The above research simulation completes parameter setting of the PID system, accumulates setting experiences, and improves the PID control function performance of the soft PLC.

In the development of automatic control, PID control is the oldest of the basic control mode, the control algorithm is the most widely used in engineering, especially the applied research of robustness has extensive engineering practical value. In this paper, based on the principle of the internal model PID parameter setting method was studied, through different approximate processing method, derived the three different formula of PID internal model setting and simulation verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. At the same time, the robustness of the controlled process under different parameter perturbation is theoretically analyzed and simulated.Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper and looks forward to the future development trend.
