The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method for transmission network planning scheme has the drawback that relying more on the subjectivity. To solve this problem, gray theory is introduced into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. Gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate gray correlation coefficient as the membership of evaluation index to get fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then, the fuzzy weight vector is determined by the subjective and objective empowerment by integrating AHP and entropy method. Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation vector is obtained by using composite operator to synthesis evaluation matrix and fuzzy weight vector. The obtained result is used to evaluate transmission network planning scheme. Therefore, the problem that judger definate membership function based on subjective view is solved by combining the two methods. Calculation results show that the proposed method has a certain practical value.

With the rapid development of highway construction, quickly increasing passenger traffic demand, the importance of layout planning of highway passenger terminal is becoming more obvious. Based on analyzing the forming mechanism of a passenger transport hub, an evaluation indicator system was established for a comprehensive transport hub from the perspectives of transport demand and supply. For overcoming the subjectivity, entropy theory was applied to determine the various indicator weights with fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, the indicator system and fuzzy entropy weight method were applied in Jiangsu province as a case study.

To do a research about raw water eutrophication of water plants in Hangzhou, samples of raw water in Jiuxi, Xiangfu, Nanxing, Qingtai Plant were collected and analyzed to get more than 10 water quality indexes. Turbidity, DO, COD, TN, NH3-N and CHL-a serving as example. supported by GIS, integrated fuzzy evaluations of raw water eutrophication in July and December were completed applying entropy weight method. The result shows that in terms of the nutrient degree, Xiangfu is the most qualified while the least one is Qingtai. Overall, raw water in December is of higher quality than July.

Comprehensive evaluation of distribute network planning is a multi-factors decision-making problem in complicated system. Combining with the factors of distribute network planning, established for the distribution network planning project evaluation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the entropy weight method is led into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation. It overcomes the shortages of traditional method, which requires to the independence of each index, and the weight coefficients of factors are automatically determined according to the opinion of experts. Finally, one example is used to verify the feasibility and practicality of the method.

This paper establishes a transmission network planning model under uncertainty market environment, and consider N-2 security of the double circuit lines on the same tower. The model is solved with the method of hierarchical genetic algorithm, finally get the future transmission network planning meet the need of reliability and the minimum cost of schemeunder uncertain environment .To build a simulation model, simulation the security impact of building circuits on the same tower to power transmission network planning.
