The detection of rock particle motion information is the basis for revealing particle motion laws and quantitative analysis. Such a task is crucial in guiding engineering construction, preventing geological disasters, and verifying numerical models of particles. We propose a machine vision method based on video instance segmentation (VIS) to address the motion information detection problem in rock particles under a vibration load. First, we designed a classification loss function based on Arcface loss to improve the Mask R-CNN. This loss function introduces an angular distance based on SoftMax loss that distinguishes the objects and backgrounds with higher similarity. Second, this method combines the abovementioned Mask R-CNN and Deep Simple Online and Real-time Tracking (Deep SORT) to perform rock particle detection, segmentation, and tracking. Third, we utilized the equivalent ellipse characterization method for segmented particles, integrating with the proportional calibration algorithm to test the translation and detecting the rotation by calculating the change in the angle of the ellipse’s major axis. The experimental results show that the improved Mask R-CNN obtains an accuracy of 93.36% on a self-created dataset and also has some advantages on public datasets. Combining the improved Mask R-CNN and Deep SORT could fulfill the VIS with a low ID switching rate while successfully detecting movement information. The average detection errors of translation and rotation are 5.10% and 14.49%, respectively. This study provides an intelligent scheme for detecting movement information of rock particles.

Methodological and technical aspects as well as application and results of the precordial Xenon-residue-detection technique are critically reviewed. The results concern mainly normal flow in various regions of the heart esp. in the free wall of the right and left ventricle, poststenotic flow in patients with coronary artery disease in relation to the degree of proximal nar-rowings as well as wall motion of the corresponding LV segment, bypassgraft flow and flow after drug interventions esp. nitrates, betablockers, the calcium-antagonist Nifedipine and the coronary dilator Dipyridamole. In spite of its serious limitations (high affinity of Xenon for fatty tissue, geometrical problems in the assessment of flow and its relation to anatomy, gas exchange in situations of high flow etc.), the technique is found to be a usefull investigatory tool. Due to its technical display and the related high costs routine application is, however, prohibitive.

Summary:Motion in PET/CT leads to artifacts in the reconstructed PET images due to the different acquisition times of positron emission tomography and computed tomography. The effect of motion on cardiac PET/CT images is evaluated in this study and a novel approach for motion correction based on optical flow methods is outlined. The Lukas-Kanade optical flow algorithm is used to calculate the motion vector field on both simulated phantom data as well as measured human PET data. The motion of the myocardium is corrected by non-linear registration techniques and results are compared to uncorrected images.

In the article there was an attempt to analyze the phenomenon "experience" in the form of investigating a person’s creative potential. The theoretic methodological background of the performed above problem is conceptual background of humanistic psychology and phenomenological approach. Experience as an essential part of a person’s creative potential is regarded in relation to such leading trends as stereotype and originality. On the one hand, the experience is emphasized to be able to promote the model of algorithm and stereotype, conservatism in solving new tasks that is certain to inhibit creativity. On the other hand, personalities with high creative potential have an experience that is becoming an integral form of life work where in the structure of old knowledge you can always find a place for both new ones coming out "from inside" and the ones the author takes due to his own initiation and search. In this way he sketches motion vector and gets the "by-product" of his creativity, it means self-development. Hence, creative experience is interpreted as the one to absorb accumulation and integration of all creative experience in a person’s life; also his/her readiness to creativity and continuing education. The subject of creativity remains opened to a new experience that is fully ready for a new cognition and creativity.
