Logistics outsourcing as a form of outsourcing, are increasingly welcomed by the enterprises in developed countries, which has become the strategic orientation of many enterprise logistics mode. However, the development of business logistics outsourcing in China is far from that in developed countries, mechanism factors restricting the development of business logistics outsourcing of China has its characteristic, for this, this article analyses the advantages and risks of logistics outsourcing, and proposed prevention countermeasures of enterprise logistics outsourcing in China.

The changeable and unpredictable development of the enterprises’ external environment is one of the appearance causes of various types of business activities' risks, including logistics. The purpose of this article is to develop recommendations on improving the risk management of enterprises’ logistics activities in the context of instability. Achieving this goal requires consideration of the main stages of this process regarding the logistics activities' risks, providing advices on improving the process of risk management of logistics orientation. The article explores the process of analyzing the logistics activities' risks of the enterprise. Proceeding from the theoretical provisions of management and summarizing the practical experience of research in the field of systematic analysis of the enterprises' logistics activities risks, there are traced the organization's peculiarities of such analysis, and the main directions of its further improvement are proposed. All actions in the article, which are related to the analysis of the risk of enterprise logistics activity, are proposed to carry out in a certain sequence in the article. This sequence is given in the form of a structural scheme of systematic analysis of the risks of the enterprise logistics activities. Based on the objectivity of the existence of logistics activities' risks and the need to ensure the rational management of them, the algorithm of the risk management in the enterprise logistics system covers the stages of risks' identification, their qualitative and quantitative assessment, diagnostics, assessment of risk acceptability and application of neutralization measures to unacceptable logistical risks. It is concluded that the logistics activities risks combine different types of risks of all components and elements both in the process of changing material, financial and information flows, as well as in the process of managing the risks arising in the logistics system

This research explores the impact of service satisfaction, relational satisfaction, price satisfaction, and commitment on customer loyalty in logistics outsourcing relationships in Indian scenario. 254 users of logistics services from India were selected for investigating the potential linkages among the aforementioned satisfaction aspects and loyalty. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the reliability and validity of the measurement and structural model developed to study the relationship among the linkages. Findings from the study supports that logistics service satisfaction, price satisfaction, relational satisfaction and commitment do influence loyalty positively. The analysis suggests that service satisfaction is the most important antecedent having primary influence in the formation of customer loyalty. Service satisfaction also has secondary influence on loyalty by acting as a strong driver in both relational satisfaction and commitment aspects of the service dimensions. Price satisfaction though positively been driven by service satisfaction, was found to have less significant effect as a predictor of loyalty in this context. The present study suggests that relational satisfaction is the second major predictor of loyalty which also drives commitment. This research is not an end-point but an attempt to establish the linkages and the effect among the antecedents driving the building and retention of good buyer-seller relationship in logistics outsourcing.

The loose logistics market, the weak value-added service capabilities of enterprises, and the backward construction and operation of logistics networks have led to high logistics costs and low efficiency in some enterprises. In order to improve the comprehensive evaluation effect of enterprise logistics enterprise competitiveness, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model of logistics enterprise competitiveness based on SEM model based on machine learning technology. Moreover, in order to more accurately grasp the law of customer logistics mode selection behavior, this paper adds the adaptive value of the latent variables of the logistics mode service characteristics obtained through the SEM model to the utility function of the logistics mode to obtain the SEM-NL integrated model. In addition, starting from the analysis of the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprise logistics, this paper constructs an evaluation model of enterprise logistics competitiveness, and analyzes and studies the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise logistics through two aspects of logistics actual competitiveness and logistics future development potential. The research results show that the model constructed in this paper is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.

This paper examines the use of computer simulation methods to streamline the process of picking materials within warehouse logistics. The article describes the use of a genetic algorithm to optimize the storage of materials in shelving positions, in accordance with the method of High-Runner Strategy. The goal is to minimize the time needed for picking. The presented procedure enables the creation of a software tool in the form of an optimization model that can be used for the needs of the optimization of warehouse logistics processes within various types of production processes. There is a defined optimization problem in the form of a resistance function, which is of general validity. The optimization is represented using the example of 400 types of material items in 34 categories, stored in six rack rows. Using a simulation model, a comparison of a normal and an optimized state is realized, while a time saving of 48 min 36 s is achieved. The mentioned saving was achieved within one working day. However, the application of an approach based on the use of optimization using a genetic algorithm is not limited by the number of material items or the number of categories and shelves. The acquired knowledge demonstrates the application possibilities of the genetic algorithm method, even for the lowest levels of enterprise logistics, where the application of this approach is not yet a matter of course but, rather, a rarity.

With the expansion of consumer market and production scale, the effect of logistics in the enterprise management is also becoming increasingly prominent. But the individual enterprise's logistics system capacity is limited, can not meet the needs of production and consumption timely and the waste of resources in the operation process are the prominent problems in logistics management. This paper explored the logistics system integration ideas and workable solutions of production enterprise from integrated logistics system point of view.
