Nowdays, along with the  development of electronics and computers, the crime rate increases  rapidly.  today almost all systems and security tools are using electronic devices such as computers and  microcontrollers. Every electronic device always has weakness, such as camera needs the light to capture images, Passive InfraRed (PIR) sensor only has ability for human body temperature detection, Short Message Service (SMS) which its services depend on prepay credit and cellular operator signal range.  Based on the problem, a radio-based doppler radar detection tool was developed using RCWL 0516 module. In this research will be discussed the use of RCWL 0516 sensor as main module to detect the movement of the object by measuring the microwave wave value that displayed on the user gadget by using Blynk application. The digital communication is used and implemented on Arduino Uno microcontroller. The data is sent and will be displayed on the gadget through Blynk application in the form of graph in real time and connect to the internet using ESP8266 as a connection receiver. The results obtained that the RCWL 0516 module has a better accuracy level in detecting movement than other motion detection sensors such as PIR sensors and ultrasonic sensors.

This study is one of the first likelihood ratio-based forensic text comparison studies in forensic authorship analysis. The likelihood-ratio-based evaluation of scientific evidence has started being adopted in many disciplines of forensic evidence comparison sciences, such as DNA, handwriting, fingerprints, footwear, voice recording, etc., and it is largely accepted that this is the way to ensure the maximum accountability and transparency of the process. Due to its convenience and low cost, short message service (SMS) has been a very popular medium of communication for quite some time. Unfortunately, however, SMS messages are sometimes used for reprehensible purposes, e.g., communication between drug dealers and buyers, or in illicit acts such as extortion, fraud, scams, hoaxes, and false reports of terrorist threats. In this study, the author performs a likelihood-ratio-based forensic text comparison of SMS messages focusing on lexical features. The likelihood ratios (LRs) are calculated in Aitken and Lucy’s (2004) multivariate kernel density procedure, and are calibrated. The validity of the system is assessed based on the magnitude of the LRs using the log-likelihood-ratio cost (Cllr). The strength of the derived LRs is graphically presented in Tippett plots. The results of the current study are compared with those of previous studies.

  Importance of credit information Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for society, especially in those who need to develop the business unit in the future, which in the present situation that is difficult to build a business. To obtain credit information most people still have access to resources directly to the sources that provide such information. If the information sought is not found then look for other sources. In search of the required information was not little.Service information system with SMS (Short Message Service) on mobile phone s offer convenience and low cost can reduce the above problems. This service is suitable to be applied in seeking information about credit small and medium enterprises. Despite the above, the study made a Credit Information System Based SMS Gateway Service to provide or provide information about credit Credit Medium Enterprises. So it can be used as one of the alternative ways to obtain information about business credit easily and quickly. The result of this final project design is an SMS Gateway server that works without operator, able to provide information and seek information to the banks in accordance with the information requested by the customer and then sends the information to customers who request such information.

With the growth of mobile phones, short message service (SMS) became an essential text communication service. However, the low cost and ease use of SMS led to an increase in SMS Spam. In this paper, the characteristics of SMS spam has studied and a set of features has introduced to get rid of SMS spam. In addition, the problem of SMS spam detection was addressed as a clustering analysis that requires a metaheuristic algorithm to find the clustering structures. Three differential evolution variants viz DE/rand/1, jDE/rand/1, jDE/best/1, are adopted for solving the SMS spam problem. Experimental results illustrate that the jDE/best/1 produces best results over other variants in terms of accuracy, false-positive rate and false-negative rate. Moreover, it surpasses the baseline methods.

ABSTRAK Pemungutan suara elektronik atau e-voting adalah suatu bentuk pemungutan suara yang biasanya digunakan untuk pemilihan umum maupun poling menggunakan media elektronik. Pergeseran penggunaan media yang dahulu konvensional dan di era teknologi saat ini sudah banyak beragam media yang digunakan untuk jejak pendapat tersebut di antaranya media sosial/internet, short message service maupun chatting. Penggunaan teknologi Short Message Service (SMS) saat ini banyak dipakai untuk pemungutan suara elektronik karena ketersediaan, kecepatan, keamanan dan ketepatan data yang dihasilkan. Aplikasi pemungutan suara elektronik atau istilah sekarang bernama e-voting menggunakan teknologi short message service dan AT command dirancang dengan sangat sederhana dan biaya yang relatif murah sehingga memudahkan para pengguna baik peserta pemungutan suara maupun pelaksana pemungutan suara.   ABSTRACT Electronic voting or e-voting is a voting form that is usually used for elections or polls using electronic media. Shifting the use of media that was previously conventional and in the current era of technology has a lot of media used for the traces of opinion such as social media/internet, short message service and chat. The use of Short Message Service (SMS) technology is now widely used for electronic voting because of the availability, speed, security and accuracy of the resulting data. Electronic voting application or now called e-voting using short message service technology and AT Command is designed with very simple and relatively low cost so as to facilitate the users both voting participants and committees that implement voting. Mobile devices usage has become a part of daily life modern humans today. And one of mobile devices that is almost owned by mobile devices users is mobile phone, including a smartphones. As an electronic devices that can store data, even various kinds of data types, that information stored from data on mobile phone can reflect the user’s activity. So the information can be described as a chronologically if needed. In this study, there are case studies about findings and handlings of digital evidence form of Short Message Services (SMS) that obtained on unallocated data in an android smartphone. By practically testing the procedures, the results show that steps and stages used for handling mobile devices evidence could be run dynamically, in the sense that, there are several procedural steps can be run as simultaneously, but the activity stages could be run regularly too. So the artefacts  has a forensically sound elements and can be proven as a scientific with the clear stages.

SH technology has demonstrated new and good contribution to increase safety and reliability, at the same time; it might have its own influence to change our living habit. Use of mobile phones is changing with the development of technology; it can be used for different purposes. With the help of a network, mobile phone can be used to implement the smart home by controlling the devices. The objectives of this paper are to implement a smart home by controlling electronic devices at home remotely and to get an alert on intrusion or movement around the restricted premises. The mobile phone is using the short message service (SMS) service available and the alerts are also received as an SMS mentioning the activity occurring around the premises.</span>

Perkembangan yang sangat pesat terjadi pada bidang teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi saat ini mendorong masyarakta dunia memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 yang serba cepat, sekaligus menjadikan informasi sentral dalam dunia industri maupun dunia usaha hingga dunia pendidikan. Akademi Teknik dan Keselamatan Penerbangan (ATKP) Medan merupakan institusi pendidikan di bawah naungan pemerintah yang sudah mulai menggunakan berbagai hal teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi. Dengan adanya perkembangan tersebut berdampak memeberikan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna layanan komunikasi, dan informasi, seperti Short Message Service (SMS) hingga sistem berbasis aplikasi menggunakan smartphone android maupun iOS. Layanan aplikasi sms hingga sistem aplikasi tersebut adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan manusia untuk mendapatkan atau mengirimkankan informasi kapanpun dan dimanapun dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem aplikasi monitoring evaluasi pelaporan kegiatan taruna di ATKP medan berbasis web app. Dalam pembuatannya, aplikasi ini disesuaikan dengan kenutuhan user/orang tua taruna dan institusi ATKP secara umum. Sistem aplikasi ini akan memberikan kemudahan kepada orang tua taruna dalam memonitoring, kegiatan hingga prilaku taruna selama pendidikan di ATKP Medan serta  kemudahan mengakses nilai dengan cepat. Sistem aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php (web).

Anemia merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya perdarahan dan bisa mengakibatkan kematian pada ibu hamil. Suplementasi besi merupakan program pemerintah dalam mengatasi anemia pada wanita hamil dan beberapa wanita hamil masih ada yang belum patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet besi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah metode yang bisa meningkatkan kepatuhan wanita hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi yaitu dengan short message service (SMS) reminder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas SMS reminderterhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi pada ibu hamil di (unit pelayanan terpadu) UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu Kota Bandung. Rancangan penelitian quasi experimentaldengan desain posttest-only with control group designdengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April–Mei tahun 2014 di Puskesmas X Kota Bandung. Sampel berjumlah 40 orang wanita hamil yang tidak patuh dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi yang dibagi menjadi 20 kelompok intervensi dan 20 kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk self report.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar kelompok intervensi 17 orang (85%) patuh dan sebagian besar kelompok kontrol 16 orang (80%) tidak patuh. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan chi squaredidapatkan p(0.000) dengan taraf signifikan <0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMS reminder efektif terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi pada wanita hamil dan bisa dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak Puskesmas untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak provideratau mengajukan dana ke Dinas Kesehatan untuk mengaktifkan SMS reminderdi Puskesmas.Kata kunci: Kepatuhan, SMS reminder,tablet besi, wanita hamil AbstractAnemia is one of the leading causes of hemorrhage during pregnancy, and it can cause death to expectant mothers. Iron supplementation is a government program to overcome anemia among expectant mothers, and some of the expectant mothers still do not obediently consume iron tablets. Therefore, to increase the obedience of the expectant mothers on consuming the iron tablets, SMS reminder is the appropriate method needed. This research aims to identify the effectiveness of SMS reminder to the obedience of iron tablets consumption among expectant mothers at UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu , Bandung. The research employed quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control group design using purposive sampling technique. The research was held on April–May 2014 at UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu, Bandung. Forty expectant mothers consuming iron tablets disobediently divided into 20 intervention groups and 20 control groups were taken as the samples. Questionnaire in form of self report was used to obtain data. In addition, descriptive analysis and chi square test were applied to analyze the data. The result of the research showed that 17 persons (85%) of intervention groups were mostly obedient, and 16 persons (80%) of control groups were mostly disobedient. From the analysis using chi square, it was found the difference of the obedience of iron tablets consumption after SMS reminder (p=0.00) had been delivered with significant level <0.05. Based on the result of this research, SMS reminder had an effective impact toward the obedience of iron tablets consumption among the expectant mothers. The result will be a good consideration for Puskesmas to cooperate with provider or proposed some funds to Dinas Kesehatan to activate SMS reminder.Key words:Expectant mothers, obedience, SMS reminder, iron tablets

Kemajuan perkembangan teknologi komputer dan telekomunikasi dapat membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan cepat, akurat dan efisien. Alat komunikasi yang banyak digunakan pada saat ini adalah mobile phone atau disebut juga telepon seluler. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi pada mobile phone adalah dengan mengirimkan data berupa pesan singkat atau SMS (Short Message Service). Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan mobile phone adalah pencurian, penyadapan, atau penghapusan data khususnya data SMS (Short Message Service) sehingga aspek keamanan data dianggap penting. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem kriptografi enkripsi dan dekripsi SMS, disini digunakan enkripsi simetris. Sistem ini merupakan aplikasi yang menerapkan metode zig zag cipher yang menggunakan kunci simtetris. Hasil pengujian dari sistem ini adalah pesan SMS dienkripsi dengan pola zig zag menggunakan kunci dan didekripsi menggunakan kunci yang sama dengan enkripsi.
