At present, the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains.Whether enterprises can survive in the fierce competition, that depends on the operation level of enterprise supply chain. This paper introduces the idea of internal supply chain.Firstly, the paper introduce the concept and characteristic of internal supply chain. Secondly it analyzes the problem originated from the operation process of internal supply chain and the cause of these problems. Finally, it puts forward some optimization strategy that can make the enterprise internal supply chain operate smoothly, so as to make enterprise more competitive in the market competition.

Establish the inventory transportation integrated optimization model which is under the best period, and compared with the model of inventory transportation integrated optimization which does not consider best period and compared the model of traditional inventory and the model of transportation optimization. It makes supply chain of lower cost, simple and practical. We can see it from the example.
